Overall Satisfaction
Our wine industry association uses Wufoo annually for several roles. We use it to survey current association members to update their personal and business information before we send out renewal notices. We also use it each year to gather RSVP's for our main annual trade and media tasting event.Since we need to collect specific data with each RSVP, Wufoo works perfectly to let us customize our forms to our needs.
Pros
- The form building is really simple to set up.
- Exporting your entries
Cons
- I really have not had any problems with the system. Works well for our needs as it stands
- Since we use it in such a limited capacity each year, we don't look at ROI. It is used to collect data from attendees of our event. This helps us be more efficient at the event.
Since we mainly use it as an RSVP mechanism for an event, only "competition" to consider would be EventBrite..but we choose Wufoo because we can gather more data that we need to have for the event.
