Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Our department began looking for incentive compensation software about 6 years ago. During this time we identified that we were doing all sales compensation payroll manually and knew we need a software program to help us be more efficient. We finalized our decision on utilizing the Xactly Incent product. We are currently using this platform for our main sales force of 400 sales personnel tracking various levels of different compensation plans.

We used Access databases and Excel spreadsheets prior to utilizing Xactly. Since utilizing Xactly we now have a fully automated system.
