It is being used to report quarterly incentive comp to sales professionals.
- Breaks down quarter comp.
- Lets me see payout for team.
- Accurate.
- It is not easy to see final payout amount.
- A bit awkward to use.
- It provides a clear pathway to IC amounts.
- Motivates team to see progress toward quarterly IC payouts.
We are consistently looking for ways to create stronger more motivating comp plans.
We are using it for territory quota and IC calculations.
Not sure possible SFDC.
Sales ops is loading the data and reviewing quarterly performance.
This is the only product I am familiar with. Previously this was done with Excel spreadsheets.
