Xactly Incent is a tool we use to calculate sophisticated commissions, and to store historical information. We use the tool monthly for all of our calculations.

We have room for improvement in this area. Hoping to utilize more of these functions in the 2nd half of the year.
I wisht Xactly Incent had a tool to house all of our MBO plans (Management By Objective)
- Anaplan and CallidusCloud LeadRocket (discontinued)
These 2 programs were used from previous roles in different companies.
Finance, Sales and Sales Operations are the only groups that see Xactly Incent.
