Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

We use Xactly Incent as the center point for anything Sales Commissions Related.
We also use 2 other separate instances for the Finance (CEA) & Channels teams.
Both of which are directly tied to our Incent Data.

All of our financials, budgets & accruals are tied to Incent through CEA. This feature totally simplifies the task of having to provide Finance with our monthly results to tie out payments and forecast accruals. I believe it is all done directly through their instance of Xactly, CEA.

Likewise, the same applies for the Channels teams, with their instance of Xactly.
  • Provides the Sales Team with access to view their commissions and the details behind those numbers.
  • Provides the Management and Leadership team access to view their own results as well as all the details of their team members.
  • Concise and precise calculations that are built into rules which provide more consistent and accurate results as opposed to spreadsheets which have much higher risk of manipulation and error.
  • The ability to pull reports on almost anything you have in Incent.
  • It doesn't provide real-time results after updates are made that require recalculation. You have to wait for a refresh time to pass.
  • The ability to edit the Draw section, so that you can identify and/or distinguish the difference between Recoverable and Non-Recoverable Draws.
  • Customizing the rare and out of the ordinary situations. It can be done, but typically requires the aid of Support.
  • We are able to quickly and easily identify duplicate credit and commission calculations through data extracts in Incent.
  • We have literally saved hundreds of thousands of dollars by identifying gaps in our sales operations processes, which were giving multiple people credits on the same deals, across multiple GEOs.
  • We have cut processing time by 75% through Xactly Incent automations versus calculating manually in Excel.
It helps us determine proper quota setting and when we need to make updates to wrongly set quotas. We are determining the %payment vs %OTI to identify extremely high/low percentages, on a monthly basis.

This helps us maintain quotas that benefit both the Company and the Sales Team.
It also helps us determine who qualifies for trip.

We do a lot of performance analysis with Xactly Analytics.
We have a direct connection to our data in SFDC. It takes away the hassle of manually manipulating the results to determine what qualifies for commission credit. All the conditions are built into Connect.
Our Finance team relies on Xactly CEA. And our Channels team relies on their instance of Xactly.
Both of which are tied to the results provided by our primary instance of Xactly, Xactly Incent.
There are too many to mention. I've been to many sales conferences and I have seen many different products and platforms.
Nothing compares to Xactly.

I still haven't seen or used a tool that compares to the user experience that Xactly Incent provides to the Sales Force.
