We do not integrate. We send data from our ERP via an ETL to our data warehouse, and then send the data to Xactly Incent via SFTP. We also retrieve data from Xactly Incent using SFTP. There is no direct integration, which is also very disappointing from a product standpoint.
Finance uses it, or at least tries to. They were not involved with the implementation early on, and now that they want data out of Xactly Incent. In my experience, it is difficult for them to understand.
Do not recall - it was 3+ years ago. We did an RFP with 3 different products. Xactly Incent seemed to offer the most with the best cost, but the implementation was poor in my opinion. In my experience, 1.5 years after go live, we still don't have automated payroll files due to Xactly Incent's incompetency.

In my experience, I can't understand business processes. Support process is disjointed in my opinion. Support is downright unhelpful in my opinion. My experience has overall been very poor since implementation. Very rarely can we find someone that can help I've found. In my experience, often times they do not have people that know the capabilities of their own product.
