Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
We have customized split assignments that occur within Delta. Once the delta files are submitted, then Xactly Incent module completes calcualtions and analytics module provides reporting we need to get data back to our ERP system. Delta does our 'heavy lifting'. We do not utilize plans or quotas as they did not fit our business model.

Currently we are not utilizing benchmarking of data. Our sales associates are compensated on a percentage of gross profit. The custom programming done within Delta accommodates all of our split assignment needs.
Since we do not manage our associates (they manage their own business) we do not utilize sale quotas to the fullest potential. It is a helpful tool for our internal budgeting and forcasting
We are not fully integrated yet. Files to/from the ERP and Xactly Incent are sent on secure sFTP sites. We look forward to a full integration in the coming years.
Only finance utilizing the system at this time.
