Overall Satisfaction with Zapier

We use Zapier across our entire organization to automate tasks from e-commerce, document generation and automated marketing. Using Zapier, we've been able to simplify complicated tasks, respond to clients faster and improve our lead generation efforts. Zapier, enhances the software we already use by allowing us to introduce new features and communicate between apps.
  • An ever increasing library of supported apps.
  • Elegantly designed task builder makes creating Zaps a pleasure.
  • The developer platform is a powerful tool for integrating those few apps not already supported.
  • Would love to be able to share custom app integrations easily with others.
  • Would be nice if an error notification showed data in/out so I didn't have to view my history.
  • There's great documentation at Zapier but sometimes it seems a little all over the place.
  • Plans are very reasonably priced. Lots of value for the price.
  • We save hundreds of man-hours a year with this tool.
  • We've saved money by getting more out of our existing tools vs. purchasing more expensive solutions.
I'd consider Zapier a "pro-sumer" solution. It's not as powerful as more expensive solutions out there. But it's definitely for the business minded user.
Zapier is best suited for businesses, although power-users may enjoy some of the consumer integrations available, i.e. Alexa and Wemo. Lately, there seems to be a lot of focus on lead generation and marketing platforms, which is nice, but I'd like to see more enterprise apps like NetSuite and Active Directory supported.
