Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using it for displaying our entire product and marketing analytics and it helps us find relations between the two. We primarily use it to track usage metrics from our users, both at a cohort, as well as individual level. Using the variety of data sources available, we are able to bring in multiple data streams and present a more holistic picture of what's happening.

Pros and Cons

Easy creation of reports and dashboards.
Highly customizable link sharing capabilities. Allows us to expose different views in silos.
Large number of data connections possible.
Great pricing.

The data ingestion process needs to be smoothened. Sometimes the process crashes and stalls.
Overall UI could be made much more smoother and classier.
Handling of filters can be made more seamless.

Alternatives Considered

Cyfe and by Traject

For the features it offers, the pricing of Zoho is unmatchable. The other offerings were very limited in comparison to the first tier.

Data Integration

The data ingestion process is still buggy and needs improvement.

Collaboration and Sharing

Access control capabilities are great.

If you're an early-stage startup without the resources needed to build out your own custom marketing stack, Zoho allows you to cobble together a great analytics process. There are limitations to data size though, so it doesn't feel like a solution for scale.
