Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use the Zoho One platform to integrate all of the services we offer our clients and their end users. We incorporate email, tasks, notes, deadlines, text messaging/calling into our CRM platform. It conveniently keeps everything organized and easily accessible from the file itself. The interoffice communication of Cliq and use of Workdrive allow us all to stay in sync with one another throughout the day.
  • Tasks.
  • Emails.
  • Notes.
  • Native messaging.
  • Native calling.
  • User interface/ease of initial use.
  • Improved communication.
  • Improved efficiency.
  • Negatively would be the learning curve.
The usability of this product is pretty decent. As I explained before, the user interface definitely needs an overhaul. Zoho is implementing this change by adding in Canvas UI which should prove interesting. It takes time to set it up, but it is worth it at the end of the day!
All the major players have all of the same bells and whistles pretty much. JobNimbus and AccuLynx do a great job putting a pretty bow around things, but the full depth of the platform is lacking. Zoho allows you to integrate everything at the company/organization level as well as the deal level. The UI is one thing Zoho is working on implementing changes for thankfully. If you have the patience and time to research and learn Zoho it is 100% more of a full solution to your CRM/Project Management needs.

Do you think Zoho CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Zoho CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did Zoho CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Zoho CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Zoho CRM again?

Yes

My general expertise with this platform has always been around construction/insurance roofing work. I have used other CRMs such as JobNimbus, JobProgress, Acculynx, Giddyup, etc., but I feel if utilized properly this CRM has the ability to beat the rest. The biggest struggle I have had so far is the integration aspect of things. Zoho for the most part is integratable, but other platforms I have tried to get it to communicate with have been lacking. Zoho and the other major CRM companies needs to come together and allow an API with one or two way syncing.

Zoho CRM Support

I have not used Zoho support since I started with the company. Majority of my findings have come through knowledge base or Google search sites. Not saying the support at Zoho is bad, but I need things answered quicker than what my colleagues have told me they have gotten answered.
