Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
Our business uses Zoho CRM to manage our leads and contacts for our business. We tag contacts in order to filter and apply to mailing lists, set follow-up tasks with leads, and track our business pipeline in deals. Multiple users collaborate within our Zoho CRM accounts for ease of use.
Pros
- Manages leads and contacts
- Allows easy tracking of lead/contact follow up tasks
- Allows custom tagging and sourcing to filter by segments of the database
Cons
- Some of the detail fields don't interact well from module to module.
- I'd like to be able to automate more follow up.
- CRM doesn't integrate as well with some of the other Zoho products as I'd like.
- Zoho has saved us thousands of dollars with not missing follow up on contacts
