Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We use Zoho CRM for Leads management and sales funnel monitoring. It helped us in effectively managing sales pipeline by providing us with different features/ stages. Leads management and data management was made easy due to the presence of various funnels like qualified leads, meeting, proposals, negotiation, deal closure or lost. It is an effective way of data management and funnel management for salespeople across large and mid-size organizations.

- Lead analytics - helps you in figuring out your sales cycle.
- Reports - customized report formulations are possible.
- One has to open each and every lead individually if they want to read notes or comments.
