Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I manage quite a few social media accounts, and needed a system where I could manage all of them. I used Hootsuite before, but moved over to Zoho Social as I've adopted many of Zoho's other products. Great service where you can manage your accounts, schedule posts, respond to messages, and extract reports. I highly recommend you try out the free tier as well as one of their trials.

1 - I am a freelancer/small business owner and operate as an individual. Zoho offers amazing solutions for someone who works alone, or in teams. I work with other freelancers, and when we work together, Zoho offers great solutions to incorporate others when needed. As part of my services, I offer digital marketing and manage a lot of small business social media accounts.
  • Free trials offer great services for no cost.
  • Integrating with the Zoho ecosystem is cheaper than using individual services.
  • Zoho Social saves time by managing profiles on one system.
Hootsuite is very similar, but I like the Zoho interface better. As stated, I've switched to Zoho as I have used their other services. I wanted to keep my tools all under one roof. Zoho is perfect for this, as their product list is diverse, but great for teams or freelancers. Highly recommend.
Definitely give this a shot. There's a free version, free trials, and promotions where you can extend your free trials. For example, just by leaving some reviews, you can get up to 100 days of Zoho Social Professional for free! Incentives like these are awesome, in my opinion. There's nothing to lose if you give this a try.
