Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Our business had a scheduling issue. We had copy for social being received by several individuals with frequent changes. We had to implement a system that would allow easy implementation/deployment and changes through a calendar interface. Reporting on per post interactions and engagements was a very human capital intensive process. We searched several platform offerings but many were complex in nature.

  • Pricing model.
  • Mobile app functionality.
  • User AI bots.
1 - Community management. Collecting and curtailing content for all social channels (Facebook & Instagram & Twitter). Scheduling approved content (allowing others to vet content before going live) into time and day specific slots (As per a media schedule). Monitoring engagement and defining ad spend budget. Reporting on an ongoing basis per channel and in total.

Zoho free trial with multiple extensions is a game changer. They allow you to get very comfortable without even placing a credit card into their system. Their support is on top form - where others usually take 2-5 days to respond to free accounts, Zoho does it with 24 hours.
Zoho pricing is slightly on the high side compared to competitors but certain functionality makes it worthwhile.
If you have multiple social channels that need frequent posting then Zoho Social is a great solution.
If you have frequent reporting needs Zoho is great. If you're looking to reduce time spent scheduling/monitoring and reporting then Zoho is great.
If you looking for something cheap and free Zoho is not recommended.
In need of real support that understands your needs and focuses on resolving them then Zoho is for you.
