Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I have been testing the use of Zoho Social for a couple of months for use with a real estate client, and to consider using it for social media management for other clients. It took a little getting used to, as most platforms do, but overall I have found it to be quite robust. An critical feature that is in beta, but I have found it works quite well, is to schedule a post on multiple platforms while editing the content on a per platform basis (i.e., photo for Instagram, link post for Instagram with a lot of hashtags and short test for Twitter). When I have had questions their customer service and tech support have been very quick to respond AND knowledgeable about their product capabilities. The price point for Zoho is competitive for the features. I am seriously considering recommending it to my client for ongoing use.

- There are good analytics/stats but there is room for improvement. Note that I have found this true of all social management tools I've used and it is hard to please everyone in this arena.
