Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom for video conferencing and screen sharing. Our executive leadership team mostly uses it for interfacing with clients when we cannot meet in person. It's an easy solution for connecting with people, does not take a whole lot of expertise to make work, and is generally plug and play for everyone.
- One on One conferencing is quick and easy.
- Even free options offer robust tools and options.
- Screen share and user controls make collaboration simple.
- Connecting peripherals is a little cumbersome.
- The interface isn't beautiful. Minor quibble though, everything is functional.
- Zoom is our preferred choice of web conferencing and screen sharing. Meetings are simple, screen sharing and collaboration is easy, and isn't that what you want from your conferencing software?
- Zoom saves us time and energy in initiating meetings so we can think about what we should talk about and collaborate on instead of how we're going to use the technology.
Zoom works great for meetings, trainings, and demos. We use it when meeting physically isn't possible, but we still want to have the experience of seeing someone's face or sharing a computer screen. I like how straightforward it is to invite someone to a meeting whereas Skype and Google Hangouts can present challenges by forcing a user to login to their accounts. If we were to have a large group or webinar, we would (and do) use a different product, but for what Zoom can offer, I think it's top-notch.
