Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
As Covid-19 spread an lockdowns started we needed a solution to allow us to communicate internally as we switched to working remotely. Zoom offered us the ability to video chat and ability to share screens. It was incredibly stable offering an amazing experience for our users. We also used it to engage with the community as it was one of the most recommended products on the market and simple enough for users to start to use.

- Auto-update could be improved. We had to manually update some clients from unsupported versions of the software

Video quality and Service reliability were the two main features we chose to use Zoom over MS Teams. We were a Microsoft 365 organisation which included Teams as part of our licensing but we chose Zoom over it

Yes - Works very similarly to the desktop experience and is consistent across platforms. We did encounter permissions issues on android devices, however this is a limitation of android.
