Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

In my experience, it uses too much RAM, so if you have less than 16GB RAM, your computer will freeze when using Zoom. The desktop Zoom client constantly crashes, I feel Zoom tech support is inept [...], and the pricing is not worth the deliverables. Our organization will be switching to Teams. I believe you don't waste your company's money on Zoom or your time with Zoom support. I feel that all they do is regurgitate stuff from their community and knowledge base; they don't know anything. I feel that Zoom is a terrible application.

I wasn't involved in the original selection. I would have recommended Teams or Slack instead.

Zoom Support

In my experience, Zoom support is completely inept and unable to provide any real help. Zoom also constantly blocks user invite emails.

Using Zoom

Keeps closing and crashing with no errors and Zoom support can't fix it. Therefore it is not usable. We have lost revenue due to Zoom's terrible performance.
