Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use ZoomInfo bundled with DiscoverOrg, Engage and InboxAI. It is primarily used by Sales, Sales Development and Marketing.

It helps us identify contacts at our target account for outreach as well as provide automated tracking of our emails with InboxAI.

  • Pricing
  • Direct Dial phone numbers
  • Contact info outside of the US
  • Grown database
  • Improved SDR outreach volume
  • Increased email bounce rate (poor international data)
ZoomInfo still feels like the market leader but I am evaluating alternatives.

Lusha - Better for direct dials
6Sense - Better for Intent Data
Clari - Better of email tracking
Outreach - Better for sales automation
We've seen a decline in the quality of contact information since COVID. Primarily outside of the US. We have also experienced downtime with one of the products and feel the cost is too high vs competitors.
