We use ZoomInfo bundled with DiscoverOrg, Engage and InboxAI. It is primarily used by Sales, Sales Development and Marketing.
It helps us identify contacts at our target account for outreach as well as provide automated tracking of our emails with InboxAI.

- Direct Dial phone numbers
- Contact info outside of the US
- Grown database
- Improved SDR outreach volume
- Increased email bounce rate (poor international data)
ZoomInfo still feels like the market leader but I am evaluating alternatives.
