Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We currently have a few different departments that use ZoomInfo (some more heavily than others). We use it for data enrichment and lead gen.

  • Ease of integration with other tools
  • Search results - when searching for a name or company that doesn't produce an exact match, the search results that appear when you click the magnifying glass are always the same, which has created a sometimes confusing user experience.
  • Better understanding of current customer segmentation
  • Better understanding of current pipeline segmentation
Suited for prospecting, data enrichment
Less appropriate to use in scenarios where accuracy would be important, due to the occasional lag in data being updated.
