Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is being used by our Outbound sales teams to prospect potential clients. It allows users to prospect clients more efficiently as it provides accurate contact data of the potential lead, integrates with Salesforce so we can export leads directly into our system, and is easy to use for our sales representatives. From an administrator perspective, it's easy to setup new users, remove users, and check who is utilizing the tool. I like the reports that are provided out of the box on our users.

We have been with ZoomInfo for a few years now. We had DiscoverOrg initially, so when that was acquired by ZoomInfo, we knew it was an easy decision to keep this product as it was only going to get better.
The next closest tool would be LinkedIn Sales Navigator. That tool is solid but I think ZoomInfo offers everything Sales Nav does but does it better.
