Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is a strategic sales and marketing prospecting tool that we use to identify target accounts and contacts, verify demographics, stay on top of news and industry changes, and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • CRM mapping/data validation
  • Prospecting/list development
  • Customer service
  • Expanded search options for specific industries (intellectual property, brand protection specifically)
  • AE responsiveness with requests for updated pricing/increased functionality on time crunch. Potentially increased ability for AEs to offer on the spot discounts to avoid lag
  • No ability to set an account admin with zero credit allotment. We need an admin that doesn't require a paid seat as they do not perform many of the required functions, simply maintain the system setup and integrations.

  • Increased employee efficiency (prospecting for sales and list development for marketing)
  • Grown database and improved quality of data
  • Cleaned database (no matches = purge list)
We considered other lower price providers, but ultimately the data quality scores on contact profiles, CRM integrations, and automated workflows proved to be the best bang for our buck in terms of overall time saved and value gained.
Great for larger companies looking for deep industry insights and prospecting capabilities. Their high prices make it much more difficult for smaller companies to access this data and unlock its potential. A change in pricing tiers/finding ways to pass on savings to customers would be beneficial.
