  • It’s been good. Not great, not terrible.
  • There are a lot of choices out there when it comes to buying leads. [I suggest] you go with a company that does not prey on its customers. There are better alternatives.
ZoomInfo is a decent product. Their database is mostly relevant and of good quality. However, when it came time to renew, we wanted to pause for a few months. They had an auto-renew in the contract and when I tried to cancel (which was before the beginning of the new year) their legal [team] got involved and threatened litigation! Life is too short. I will personally never do business with them again and I hope potential future customers read this review and decide to go elsewhere. There are a lot of database companies out there. [I recommend you] go find one that cares about their customers.
