Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo for lead generation and accessing contact information for leads. With ZoomInfo, we save countless hours of time finding emails and phone numbers in particular. We also use ZoomInfo for account research to better understand the companies we would like to sell to. We use this to feed information into Salesforce so that it can be easily utilized.
- Delivery of contact information for leads
- Creating detailed records in Salesforce
- Provide company information essential for our account research all in one place
- Limited number of credits
- Contact info and title of leads is not always up to date
- Not integrating with Linkedin
