Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

We use Zoom Info mainly to prospect potential clients and compare contact information and the hierarchy and geolocation of the companies we work with. Some features like the Intent banner are very useful to us since we can focus 100% on companies that are currently looking for the type of solutions and products we offer. Zoominfo's filters have turned out to be quite accurate, which saves us a lot of time.

The search and filter attributes by intent are really good, this allows us to focus on our specific task without the need to spend hours searching for information from different sources. Being able to prospect directly through the platform simplifies many of the processes that we previously handled manually. The quality of the information provided by Zoominfo turns out to be sufficient to be able to launch all types of campaigns with a much higher level of precision.
Currently, we only have Zoominfo integrated with our CRM platform (Salesforce), which has made feeding our databases as well as managing them much easier.
The integration feels quite natural and fluid without any obvious problems so far or at least not with the way we handle our data and information flow.

Zoom info is very good for comparing existing information with databases of contact information, revenue, number of employees and purchase intent. Streamlines the prospecting process so sales teams can focus on their main task. The ease of exporting information to different formats and CRM platforms, as well as the level of customization of searches and information management, make it very efficient, easy to use and simplify the tasks of our sales department.
