Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

I use ZoomInfo SalesOS as a prospecting tool within economic development offices at state and local levels, as well as chambers of commerce, tech councils, and industry associations. It speeds up the process of finding the right contacts and updating my CRM. Having an accurate contact list is vital to our business.
  • It facilitates adding new prospects in bulk
  • It helps finding new organizations we haven't considered before
  • Their Intent tool gives you real time insights on which organizations might be actively searching for a product that you offer
  • In my opinion, it could keep closer tabs on updating leads
  • In my opinion, it could better narrow down search parameters
The most important data for our business is the prospect's contacts as well as the intent search, therefore, accuracy is paramount.
In my experience, if I delete a contact from Hubspot, after I add it through ZoomInfo SalesOS, it will be added again on the next search. I believe increased communication between ZoomInfo SalesOS and Hubspot to avoid those kinds of issues would greatly improve workflow.

ZoomInfo SalesOS has additional features that make it easier to search for new leads and to add them automatically to my CRM.
ZoomInfo SalesOS is great for quickly building a contact list within a specific industry segment. In my experience, It takes a while to understand which search parameters are better suited for your business and to weed off leads that aren't actually what you're looking for, but once you get how it works, it's a powerful tool to speed up your prospecting work.
