This is great for small to medium businesses, giving you more freedom to be where you need to be and not always glued to the office. Larger companies can benefit from the fact that they can have multiple office locations all tied to the same system. Businesses that need a more personal touch may not need all the features that the Virtual Office provides.

  • The feedback collection system is easy and user-friendly. It collects a screenshot of your current page when you go to submit feedback, so it's easy to reference.
  • The integration of the 8x8 calendar with my phone/Outlook calendar is extremely helpful. Never missed a meeting!
  • Call quality is great!

  • Softphone freezes sometimes
  • The android app could use some updates

  • Needs to reduce noise (ie advertisements) from data collected from around the web
  • Categorization is tedious and takes an extremely long time, especially with high volumes of data
  • Overall, the system runs slowly. Some days it's better than others.

We will most likely renew our use of Attensity because of our history with them. Overall it has been a good relationship, however we do feel as if we could be getting more value. A big initiative of mine this year is to start getting as much value out of the product as I possibly can.

The vendor supported implementation is likely the only solution that would have worked for us. We later moved the solution in house.

Ten times better and easier to use than 3cx. Interface and features are simple.

We looked at several tools for turning text into data.The easy to understand tools had limited functionality, the analytical tools required a PHD to attend the sales pitch.Attensity had taken the approach of including reporting and alerting with their text engine.

Return on Investment

  • The impact on my business was a positive one. I was trying to operate with 2 cell phones and it just wasn't working. I needed a desk phone and a number that would stay the same for the business. I can also add more lines as we grow and they can be anywhere with an internet connection. As a small business, I work primarily out of my home office and my employees can do the same with this system.

  • I recall the feedback helping us identify the real magnitude of an issue that we know was present, but we weren't asking about on our survey. Because no one asked the customers about this issue no one knew how big of a problem is was until we were able to show the volume of feedback on a specific issue.
