ABBYY FlexiCapture vs. Yooz

It is well suited for unstructured documents and automates the scanning operations where users are scanning thousands of documents on a daily basis and process them in the existing line of business application, or it is well suited for the RPA operations where ABBYY FlexiCapture extracts the output of extracted data in Excel, CSV or XML, and RPA applications parse those data and take it into other applications.

• Yooz performed three way matching in a stream lined manner.
• Yooz was a user friendly software that integrated well with Oracle NetSuite.

• Although the back-end of the application is very strong, if it can have a visual workflow for defining tasks like scanning, verification and etc., it will be better.
• Reporting feature should be enhance more on web
• Although the result of Arabic Text extraction is very good in ABBYY, if they can focus more on different types of Arabic Fonts, it will be better

• Unfortunately Yooz is a newer software company, and Yooz was not equipped to process large batches of invoices that needed to be paid.
• Yooz, in some instances, did not properly load invoices or credit memo information accurately into NetSuite. The detail in Yooz did not match in the general ledger in NetSuite, and the records did not match. Yooz's IT support also a difficult time correcting our issues.
• Yooz is a new company and there is still a lot of software upgrades and better development that needs to take place before it can be considered a reliable software.

Yooz comes close to Coupa, but Coupa is much more robust and can handle much larger batches of information. Yooz performed well against Bank of America's Checkbook product, because it was more efficient. The other NetSuite products did not match up for our needs, so Yooz was a better solution at the time.

• But it only required the specialized IT Admin to maintain the system

• Able to get through invoices much quicker
• Ease of contacting the person who it needs to go to or posting a question. This way everyone involved can see things in one area.
