I already recommended Attendify to a colleague in another department and he ended up using it! I give a rating of a 9 because it's a stellar product, especially for the price. It's great that you can even start building your virtual experience before you even purchase it. This helps visual learners like myself to see what it could potentially be like, work out for the desired use, etc. Overall, the platform is great for combining pre-recorded videos with live sessions. It helps provide a robust experience for attendees.

I find GS to be extremely helpful for our large event, managing over 200 guests and their purchases and donations. We have not used it for smaller events, because it hasn’t seemed worth it due to the fact that our people like to register by mail and directly through the website. I have not found a quick and seamless way to correlate that information, so I have not made that leap. We do hope to utilize the platform this year for the first time to do online peer-to-peer fundraising. I know it is something they do, but we have not used it yet.

- Attendify's best quality is the ease of use. It sets up very quickly and with little knowledge of coding. You can be up and running for your event in half an hour.
- Attendify has the best app for the best price. The app is designed to allow for ease of use with great social media applications. You can broadcast messages and even assign points for usage.
- Attendify did an amazing job with developing a virtual event platform. You can use Attendify for everything or blend Zoom and other platforms in with Attendify. The end users just goes to the Attendify website or app and everything else is embedded in the platform. We have used it for multiple events and it has performed amazingly.

- Personalized Agendas - I do wish that when exporting a personalized agenda document that it would also include the group.
- Social Wall - I would like if the social wall could include external social media inputs using a specific hashtag.
- Attendees Groupings - It would be nice if attendee groupings could be updated through document import even after an attendee has logged into their profile.

- I can't always reach someone immediately for service and have had to leave a message and wait for a callback
- My personal account rep often takes several days to respond to emails
- The display page has limited design options in format, font, text size, color, etc.
- An attendee cannot order themselves if they want to pay by check. An organization should be able to decide if they want to take the risk instead of only allowing the administrator to purchase by check. If our users could choose a check option and we could verify receipt of the check, this would be much better for us.

For us, we have a very dissatisfying donor database solution right now, but we have built the hacks we need in order to manually integrate data we pull out of GiveSmart with the system. None of us are trying to reinvent that particular wheel, so for now, until the organization decides to upgrade the useless database we've been saddled with, we are satisfied to maintain our GiveSmart subscription. Might this change if we acquire a more sophisticated donor solution? Maybe. But we will also be looking for options that will integrate smoothly with GiveSmart. What we like about GiveSmart, we really like.GiveSmart is great at what it does really well, namely event management. Yes, they need to address the inflexibility issues that make customization and some report features particularly frustrating, but for our organization the benefits are outweighing the drawbacks at this time. Their customer service is top-notch, and they have done an admirable job of creating an extensive Help section and responsive Support department that can assist with how-to's for various tasks within the system

As mentioned before, easy to use, great training videos, and excellent customer service. The app was very user-friendly as well. Most people had nothing but positive feedback on the end-user side of the platform. Clear instructions on how to bid for items were clearly explained as well. Even if you had to cancel a bid it was quick and efficient.

We haven't had any issue regarding performance or reliability with GiveSmart. We don't integrate it with any other software so that issue isn't relevant. The pages load quickly and reports are completed almost as soon as you hit the "run" button. Overall, the system works as designed and is pretty quick when people use it.

I have found that whenever I have had a question or problem I have been able to get support either by phone or online. I appreciate that the support is always very responsive and knowledgeable. They are always patient with my questions and make sure I get the answers I need.

GiveSmart provides great training videos on their system. Not everything is covered with their videos but their support staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would have given them a ten but not everything is covered in their videos and sometimes you have to find the right word to search for in able to find the right training video.

We just made the change using the band-aid approach. In other words, we just went for it and taught the users how to do it at our first event and went from there. 90-95% of people haven't used a mobile bidding software so most everyone was on the same stage of knowledge so implementing it was easy as people didn't have to re-learn anything.

Hopin's main benefit was a "keynote/livestream stage" that had a great feel, but the product was incredibly expensive. I also didn't like how they performed their product demos.I used Guidebook for years. They're great! But their software is not as engaging and unless it's changed due to COVID-19, they used to not be able to feature live sessions. It was more of a platform to utilize while you were at the live conference/event. It's my understanding that this was also how Attendify used to look, but it seems that they reimagined their product and invested resources to make it into what it is today.

We were looking into using OneCause, then realized that GiveSmart is very comparable and we were already using the platform. Current participants would then would not need to set up a new user profile for our upcoming events. For what GiveSmart is designed to do, the software works excellently. We haven't found something GiveSmart cannot do when it is used as designed. However, when GiveSmart is tried to be used as a total CRM, it doesn't do that but that is okay as it wasn't designed to be a total CRM but rather a mobile bidding software.

- Switching to a virtual auction instead of an in-person event increased our fundraising efforts. We were able to receive bids on items from people throughout the country - not just those at a physical event.
- Our fundraising revenue increased. Donations increased as people were able to donate with credit card via the event website.
- As more staff members at our school have learned about the GiveSmart event creation, it has helped improve internal efficiency. We are able to work remotely or in the school building on the same projects via the GiveSmart platform.
