Read full review As a CRM tool, ClickUp fit like a charm, due to it's easy to customize nature, made possible to have the CRM setup done in a week at nearly zero cost, required some programing knowledge from my end, but I made it possible. As a inventory management, we are now capable of controling our inventory deep down to every detail we feel necessary. As a task management tool, of course, it's the basic nature of ClickUp, but now we no longer need to poke each other shoulder and ask about the ongoing status of any given task, we open the dashboard and everything is there. We now use this time to interact more and do other stuff.
Read full review Pros Huge opportunities for customization, integration with other services. Easy search for solutions to setup questions. The ability to write letters directly from the system with the help of a binding for working mail. The presence of an application for Android. This helps to get access anywhere. Read full review Allows you to create dashboards to track your team and company's progress towards its goals. Integrates docs and forms so we don't need to switch apps Notifications about every update, so you never really need to go asking around for one. Allows you to visualize deadlines, how each piece of work fits into the bigger picture, and see in real-time what's holding your team up Read full review Cons It's user interface can use some work. Although it doesn't take as long as some other software to learn, there is still a bit of a learning curve when it comes to day to day usage. Bitrix offers a lot of features. It would be nice to have those features laid out in an easier-to-read layout, versus the long list at the side of the page. It's mobile app functionality is quite limited. It can be difficult to work with other team members, solely off of their mobile app. Read full review The mobile app is confusing to use and does not represent a mobile version of the web app. Some new features are included with the current plan and some you have to pay extra for. Learning curve can be a bit much for non-digital native users. Read full review Likelihood to Renew We're very pleased with how the system works in general. For over a year we've barely ever had any problems with ClickUp and there might have only been one or two times when it wasn't operational for us due to a global emergency. Moreover, when we had a problem once with renewing our licenses we've been contacted directly by our account manager and taken care of in a very professional way (with a due refund as well). The exceptional customer service makes us firmly believe that ClickUp is just the right tool for us.

Get your free account and try it out for a few weeks.
Read full review Far easier to use than any other PM tool. ClickUp is incredibly intuitive and had us saving time and energy within the first week of implementation. In my opinion, PM software should make it easier to focus on the deliverables - it shouldn't take all your time and energy to learn how to use the tool in the first place. ClickUp is a user-friendly tool that actually helps us focus on what's important.
Read full review Reliability and Availability For over a year ClickUp was unavailable to us just twice for a couple of hours. I would say for a system this big and working globally that was a minor issue. They managed to fix all the issues within a couple hours and then it was back up and running perfectly fine.
Read full review Performance I understand that it's a beast and does a lot of things, which is probably why it's laggy. But I do find it takes longer than I'd like to load, and if I am sending a complex document to a client or team member they aren't quite sure if they're getting the right thing at first. This is actually a pretty significant problem - my biggest beef with ClickUp.
Read full review Support Rating The absolute worst! Your only contact method is via the paid version and via a chat window. They will take days to answer and when they finally do answer, they will provide nothing but a half baked canned help file.
Read full review I started using ClickUp when it was what most would consider a baby company. There were the occasional bugs that made working in ClickUp a little bit of a headache, but the support feature allowed me to chat with a real persona and communicate my issues. I would always get prompt support and someone willing to really help me, not just point me to FAQ pages. Not feeling like a number really makes a difference.
Read full review Online Training There are multiple guides on literally all of the functions you can find within the system, therefore it's easy to learn anything you'd really like to use, starting from project and people management, down to Gantts, mind maps, time tracking, inviting Clients as guests to work with you on the projects and so much more.
Read full review Implementation Rating Using ClickUp is fairly easy. There are multiple guides on how to use all of the functions in the system. An organization wanting to start working with ClickUp should simply try it out and see how it would like to adapt its workflow to the possibilities the system gives the users.
Read full review Alternatives Considered In fact, I use both, but in different ways, monday to control the internal agenda, Bitrix for all other parts within the company, such as task control, chat with employees and with calendar also for control in two systems. Bitrix is more complete and has many more features, but its purpose is also different from monday.
Read full review We chose ClickUp over
Asana primarily for the docs. With
Asana , it is really limiting to not be able to jump into docs natively within the platform. We value documentation and therefore really appreciate being able to easily add docs to everything we do. Whether a task or a list, this is a game changer ClickUp introduced early. In addition,
Asana is nowhere as fast at providing a wide range of features. ClickUp open sourced their product backlog allowing the community to vote which is a huge plus
Read full review Scalability Scaling with ClickUp is superb. If you create a workflow best suited for your organization then it's all about creating new accounts and teaching the new employees the workflow you're using. It's that simple. There is no black magic when it comes to Clickup.
