One application unifies the entire sales cycle from leads to collaborating with internal team members. Why use 3, 4, or 5 programs, just use one. Yes, it might not always be the fastest, but when you don't need to switch from one application to the next, in the end, you are saving some time.If you also use Google Drive, you can share files with this program too. If you also need to track time for projects or with clients, this has a time tracking feature too. The visuals in Bitrix24 are awesome, if you like to see projects, plans, team's tasks visually, this is for you!

Workzone

[Workzone] is an excellent tool for the projects of mid-range to high-range companies. It has the strength to manage workflow and is quite swift. In our case, I haven’t found it lagging and disturbing the normal working of our company. Project management has always been an issue for us but after Workzone we are able to manage it very easily and efficiently and it helped us in enhancing our brand image too. Its reports are highly precise and provide to-the-point information. This software has a little tough User interface that makes it difficult to work on it.

  • The internal HR manager in Bitrix24 does not allow us to create sufficiently structured graphical lists of all absences that each employee has taken during his career within the company, and of all accessibility requests by employees to access some limited functionalities within the service.
  • When it comes to group management work, it has been good to be able to identify elements within the service that remain oriented to business processes, such as the specialized area of web sales. Based on that, Bitrix24 is a good service to be able to manage business directly and to bring in leads on an ongoing basis, while still having positive results.
  • It is well known that despite being a sales and CRM service, Bitrix24 has enough features to be able to plan projects of different scopes. Each of the project setup operations that can be executed within the Bitrix24 platform are accurate, or at least seem better and more streamlined than with any other service we've had the opportunity to test.
  • Bitrix24 automates the execution of administrative dynamics to optimize the overall sales force level, thus leading to better level transactions within the sales modalities, and by integrating Bitrix24 with other sales services, it is possible to mobilize the documents of operations performed from one service to another.
  • It can also be used to increase the quality level of the technical support operations that our support staff manages, as it allows for reviews of each support session, in order to evaluate the technician in question who is talking to customers while he is working in real time.
  • In the case of managing crossover operations, we believe that Bitrix24 offers a good level of analysis for such crossovers, even when you need to work surprisingly with charts of various shapes that require a large number of crossovers. This information on graphs and reports coming from Bitrix24 is very easy to configure to match the technical formats or general aspects of any other CRM, without losing the quality of the work.

  • It's user interface can use some work. Although it doesn't take as long as some other software to learn, there is still a bit of a learning curve when it comes to day to day usage.
  • Bitrix offers a lot of features. It would be nice to have those features laid out in an easier-to-read layout, versus the long list at the side of the page.
  • It's mobile app functionality is quite limited. It can be difficult to work with other team members, solely off of their mobile app.

  • Time management has room for improvement by allowing time to be estimated by an admin so when you are putting in actual time there is a comparison to keep you on point.
  • Your task list does not detail what the project name is so the project name has to be included next to the task, so you have to manually include the project name in the task name.
  • For safety there was an automatic log off, but it was every 15 minutes of idleness which becomes annoying when you are using it constantly throughout the day.
  • Invoicing to multiple vendors, as one would do at an ad agency, is not user friendly or possible in some instances.
  • You cannot view multiple tasks from different projects in one list, so to check schedules and cross things off you have to back out to the main list for a client and then go back into another project which can be cumbersome.

Because of time constraints, our team hasn't been able to fully implement and change our existing processes. If we can get our templates set up and maybe some better export options figured out, I think it'll be a no-brainer to renew, but until then it maybe be difficult to financially justify something we're only partially using.

This application is a complete scam and way over priced for what you are getting. They are filled full of false advertising and false statements regarding integrations. They claim to integrate with quickbooks and they DO NOT. This software accomplished nothing but making our day to day lives more difficult and wasted months of our time attempting to build out.

WorkZone was very easy to learn, especially for the members of our team who were not as technology-savvy. WorkZone offered unlimited training as well, making it easy to transition new team members to the program, as we were a startup organization consistently adding new team members.

Throughout the use of the WorkZone software, we never had a issue with it being unavailable. This is important, considering we wanted to access our projects and see our progress at any moment. WorkZone was always available and made constant supervision of tasks and goals easy; no excuses for not checking in on the status of a project.

I have zero complaints about the performance of WorkZone; for our organization's needs, it was a perfect tool for keeping track of various responsibilities and tasks. We never experienced a lag or down-time when using the software, and the simple interface made things exactly that from our end...simple. WorkZone is a fantastic tool for work management that never fails to perform, in my experience.

The support offered by Bitrix24 is quite good; they also have a help center on their website that explains in detail each section of the tool and in many cases they include videos that provide a lot of valuable information. Perhaps if they could improve their service time for tickets, development would be great.

The team at WorkZone is incredibly helpful and very willing to lend support when they can. Our team was constantly growing, and our new team members needed training every time someone cam on board. The WorkZone support staff was more than willing to ensure our new team members were completely comfortable using the software and set up for success.

The WorkZone trainers are wonderful! They offered us unlimited over-the-phone and online support, and the trainings were always informative. The WorkZone support team was willing to answer multiple questions and review sections of the training if need be. They were always accommodating, and trainings were scheduled very quickly for when our team needed them!

Implementation of WorkZone was very easy. We simply log into a portal online and begin to set up our projects. Access codes were sent very quickly to our team, so there was practically no delay once we signed the contract for our subscription. Training was scheduled quickly and was very helpful, especially as new team members joined our organization.

The choice of the B24 was prompted by the fact that in 2012 the company had a box version, but without the CMR. The license was expired, the version was no longer supported by B24. In the stages, the company's directorate drove the employees into tasks for B24, but with different success. However, most of the B24 was still familiar.

WorkZone is an overall good product. It allows for ease of use, easy integration and has a friendly client interface. It gave us years of service towards delivering rough cuts and storyboards. WorkZone was loved by all of our producers, who became unhappy when we switched, but the need for a library outweighed our fear of confusing our clients with a new website and interface they would have to learn.There is nothing "wrong" with WorkZone or how it is implemented, it's just lacking some features.

We are a small organization, so the need to expand our use of WorkZone was limited. I only rate it below a 10 simply because I do not have much experience with the scaleability of the product. From the previews and training sessions, it does seem that the software can easily be adjusted to accommodate a growing workload; something we may use in future, just not at this point in our organization's development.
