Well suited:1. Quick or complex Registration pages for any event, conference or webcast for 10+ attendees allowing for details and confirmations to be presented and details sent 2. Allow for notifications to hold dates for upcoming events 3. Allow for a temperature check in the form of a survey of a group for making decisions, checking needs, etc. (open or blind send) Not as suited:1. Trying to make the wrong Cvent tool for the job at hand. (example, using standard flex registration tool for one on one appointments instead of the appointment tool)

EventMobi

EventMobi is great for groups that need to have online as well as offline access to the app. It's user-friendly for the less tech savvy attendee and you don't need to have a technical background in order to build the app. It is well suited for all levels of staff to enter and manage information.

  • The format is super easy to use.
  • There is on-line chat provided whenever you have any questions. They answer almost immediately.
  • There really isn't a limit on how much information can be added.
  • The alerts are easy to use and go out immediately. You can also pre-program them.

  • Feedback Cross-Event Reporting: I would love to see [Cvent Event Management] add event feedback survey reporting to the cross-event reports. I spend a good amount of time collecting this data manually and manipulating it for a full year of events.
  • OnArrival Application Login: If you make an error logging in 3 times in a row, it locks you out for a good chunk of time. Would like a two-dept verification to avoid.
  • Networking: Before covid, we used to have a good amount of in-person networking opportunities for [Cvent Event Management] users that were free- now it is really only [Cvent] connect for face-to-face events it seems?

It would have been nice during implementation if we had received more pointers on how to organize our parked report folders, libraries, etc. to avoid the mess we find ourselves in today. If we had known ahead of time the limitations we could have planned better.

Our existing relationship with [Cvent Event Management] led us to stick with them when it came time to choose a virtual platform, and it certainly delivered and showed that it had the capability to be the polished, yet simple, platform that resonated best with our audience. The new virtual offering was still going through some growing pains when we used it, but it has the potential to be a major competitor in the virtual event space, and they're already well established in the in-person event management space.

We really do not have any other experience with other apps. We like that Eventmobi is easy to use for both us and our clients. We can add attendee names with their picture and contact information manually or import them. We can add speakers, agenda, pdf hand-outs, hotel information, etc., easily.
