1. Be sure to specify and understand the impact on your model when looking at volume versus value factors. 2. Ask all your potential vendors about set-up costs and time.3. Understand, with any predictive model, how it will affect both marketing and sales - a predictive tool should bring the two closer together.4. Remember - its predictive, not all-knowing and brief/train your teams accordingly.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator for Gmail

Super functional, best for Android users, since the interface is best suited to that style. You might have to do a manual match between your Sales Navigator and your CRM. I am sure they will make more integrations for real estate as time goes on since we are a large player in the business to client followup arena.

  • A little more explanation of how different factors can affect the model in terms of the customer objectives - they've really listened here and have really focussed on the changes we needed to make.
  • Update specific fields/features e.g. multi-currency support (now done), non-confusing field names (being released), custom fiscal years for reporting (coming I believe)

LinkedIn Sales Navigator for Gmail

  • Sometimes it tells me I need to log into my LinkedIn profile when I've already logged in. It's weird. It seems to be when the email address is not found. Instead of just saying the email is not found, it tells me I need to log in. Just something I've noticed.
  • Sometimes I get this weird thing where I go to compose an email and instead of having it open all the way to the right, it opens all the way to my left. I'm pretty sure Rapportive is what's causing it. It doesn't happen very often but sometimes I see that.

  • Public appexchange listing (passed salesforce security)
  • Demonstrated best understanding of our requirements

LinkedIn Sales Navigator for Gmail

I used HubSpot and Rapportive at the same time. They are both helpful in contacting leads. The advantage of Rapportive is its add on and panel that automatically displays the information of your leads. You can also email and track a leads even if you don't open the full page of Sales Navigator
