Likelihood to Recommend In cases of brands that have been in the market for a long time but do not see any impact from new clients or consumers, HubSpot is ideal since it allows to keep the brand fresh in the mind of the audience. HubSpot additionally provides insight into what we're doing and allowed us to align the sales team with company goals. It also ensures that you receive updates from your computer. We can handle all programming requests that come into our team. One thing that HubSpot can improve on is not having a good centralized dashboard that allows for a full view of ALL data coming in. You can go to each piece, but not having them all attached to the board adds a bit of a challenge. It's not very complex to handle, but it would be easier to use if it had that feature.

Read full review Pros Easy to figure out. Once you login, it's incredibly easy to figure out what to do, thanks to their simple UIX. Easy integrations with many partners. PieSync offers easy integrations with many partners. Integrating is as easy as clicking, filling in your login information and clicking again! Allowing multiple integrations. I'm glad PieSync allows multiple integrations so you aren't limited with how you integrate your different systems with contact information. Very helpful! Read full review The matching algorithms in IDQ are very powerful if you understand the different types that they offer (e.g., Hamming Distance, Jaro, Bigram, etc..). We had to play around with it to see which best suit our own needs of identifying and eliminating duplicate customers. Setting up the whole process (e.g., creating the KeyGenerator Transformation, setting up the matching threshold, etc..) can be somewhat time consuming and a challenge if you don't first standardize your data. The integration with PowerCenter is great if you have both. You can either import your mappings directly to PowerCenter or to an XML file. The only downside is that some of the transformations are unique to IDQ, so you are not really able to edit them once in PowerCenter. The standardizer transformation was key in helping us standardize our customer data (e.g., names, addresses, etc..). It was helpful due to having create a reference table containing the standardized value and the associated unstandardized values. What was great was that if you used Informatica Analyst, a business analyst could login and correct any of the values. Read full review Cons The biggest issue we have had with PieSync is the lack of detail within syncing. Sometimes when there is an issue with a Sync it is hard to determine what went wrong. Even though most of the time it's user error, it's hard to diagnose issues with the current PieSync set-up. The pricing of PieSync is a little odd and I think should be based on something other than number of contacts you're syncing. Read full review Alternatives Considered PieSync is much less confusing, and from what I remember, cheaper. But if you need a more robust solution to get more data from system to system, you will need to find something other than PieSync.
Zapier can be confusing and complicated to setup. And as you get more and more into the weeds with
Zapier , you start realizing that you need to upgrade from plan to plan as you add these more complicated steps.

PieSync has allowed us to use additional specialized marketing software and still be able to keep our contact data synced to our CRM.
