It is way more intuitive and easier to just look at. I used the powerdialer for years, but playbooks offers a wealth of opportunities as far as organization and many tools to help make a reps day easier.
Powerdialer lets us write in the response like if i needed to write merch not interested. In addition, let me do a lot of different things at once, like sending emails to same merchant while waiting for them to pick up or VM
