If you have Marketo or Pardot and have emails that might be somewhat simple to slightly complex, without the budget for a developer, Knak is the right solution for you. If you have complex emails that require a lot of code or customization and have the in-house resources, Knak might not be the perfect solution Incentivized
I think that overall Litmus is a great tool, and all of the functionality it does have it works extremely well. Additionally, I think that for the price that it costs, it is well worth the money to make sure our users have a quality experience with our emails. I do wish, however, that Litmus would start implementing new tools to help with the stricter spam guidelines that are being put in place across different email providers, and offer advice on how to increase your likelihood of avoiding spam.Incentivized

The comment and tagging ability - we're able to easily tag the correct person with the exact changes that are needed.Makes the QA and approval process for email SO easy. The entire process is streamlined and efficient. From a campaign manager perspective and the one QA'ing emails - there's truly zero learning curve. It's so easy to jump in and figure out how to manage and work, which is not always the case for software!Incentivized

It would be great if there was an integration where we could make necessary changes in Litmus and update Klaviyo.A better understanding of ways to optimize - things may be good as is, but what are ways that we can improve it for a better-sending reputation?Sometimes the app in Chrome is clunky.Incentivized
It's offering me more than any other email proof software I've heard of! I also really appreciate how Litmus gives back to the email development community via their content creation. I want better marketing and marketing email in the world, and Litmus is working towards that goal. So, yeah, they're good folks with a good product!Incentivized
Litmus has integrations that make the software an integrated part of my work every day. Being able to test right within my email builder is just brilliant. Daily I also use the web interface to review analytics and spam testing. Overall it is one of the pieces of software I use daily without any complaints or issues.Incentivized
We have never had a problem with Litmus being unavailable so I would say their availability is fantastic. There might have been one time years ago that the site was down briefly but it also might have been a server issue on my end. Either way, Litmus was back up and running in a very short time Incentivized
As with all technology, there are inevitably use-cases where you are unable to get to your original goal without some good old-fashioned experimenting. Some situations will (and are) more urgent which complicates an effective integration of a new process or a new team using an existing process but the "issues" are regularly resolved by re-starting the process specific to when Litmus is introduced to a project. If it doesn't come out the way you're anticipating, run it again and verify there is an issue before declaring all is lost Incentivized
It was very informative one on one session for me. I was able to use Litmus without any issues.Incentivized
It has all the required information.Incentivized
I didn’t really personally participate much in the implementation of Litmus, but from what I observed during the process, it was a smooth process with minimal disruptions. The team was able to get up and running quickly, and the platform’s user-friendly interface made onboarding fairly easy for everyone involved from the start.Incentivized
Marketo has email templates and you can, of course, create your own - but Knak makes it so much easier to create templates that are nice looking and mobile-optimized.Incentivized
We currently use both Everest and Litmus. In my opinion, the way our team uses Litmus would rank in second place compared to Everest. Everest not only reports on deliverability, feedback loops, spam traps, block listings, domain and IP reputation, and so much more, but it also shows inboxing trends for our brands and competitors, AND it has (almost) the same pre-send rendering checks as Litmus (i.e. rendering HTML across mailbox providers, mobile and tablet devices, and desktops).Incentivized
With our enterprise account, scalability is not an issue. I have not yet seen or heard of significant issues with user access, API connections for integrations etc. This includes down time for "Scheduled Maintenance" as some providers call them, Litmus has the technology backing to support a global team with a 24-hour workday across regions Incentivized

Saves time in finding out emails aren't rendering for a certain contacts. Sometimes people bring it up to the person managing the company's reply email, but the emails already sent out.Hard to calculate attribution to ROI, but thee tool isn't expensive. It is worth taking the extra few minutes to test your emails before sending that you can't do with just a test email.Instead of emailing 10 different test email clients, you can do it on one platform which saves you the tedious and time-consuming task of testing in each client.Incentivized
