Super functional, best for Android users, since the interface is best suited to that style. You might have to do a manual match between your Sales Navigator and your CRM. I am sure they will make more integrations for real estate as time goes on since we are a large player in the business to client followup arena.

PitchBook

PitchBook is well suited for conducting analyses on private companies of all sizes, industries or the major actors in a particular space. PitchBook, however, is less suited for analysis of public companies, despite its relatively recent integration of public market data from Morningstar. This largely stems from the fact that PitchBook was built around being a company providing private market data focused on venture capital and private equity investing.

Cons

LinkedIn Sales Navigator for Gmail

  • Sometimes it tells me I need to log into my LinkedIn profile when I've already logged in. It's weird. It seems to be when the email address is not found. Instead of just saying the email is not found, it tells me I need to log in. Just something I've noticed.
  • Sometimes I get this weird thing where I go to compose an email and instead of having it open all the way to the right, it opens all the way to my left. I'm pretty sure Rapportive is what's causing it. It doesn't happen very often but sometimes I see that.

The overall support for PitchBook is about average. It is not excellent for two primary reasons. First, PitchBook can run slow from time to time, and I cannot copy and paste from the Chrome extension. I have found neither of those issues to be a function of the computer I am using. However, the PitchBook support team has proved helpful on several occasions.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator for Gmail

I used HubSpot and Rapportive at the same time. They are both helpful in contacting leads. The advantage of Rapportive is its add on and panel that automatically displays the information of your leads. You can also email and track a leads even if you don't open the full page of Sales Navigator
