This s the weak area, as our support dropped for a while when they lost people and others needed to take over the campaign. The response time slowed, and I had to explain the situation several times. But we muscled through to the end of the campaign.

Our rep is always available and quickly responds to any question we have. I haven't worked with other partners who are as proactive and excited to help us as our DemandScience rep is. He reaches out with new ideas and suggestions frequently. They are happy to make any changes needed to the campaigns and make those changes quickly and efficiently. They work well with our execution agency, but are also happy to meet with us directly to provide insights and support.

Apart from one time where there was an issue with a report displaying correct information, generally the team was very supportive and responsive. Especially when dealing with complex briefs and tight deadlines.

With DemandScience, you get a dedicated account manager, so all challenges go through that person. All of my account managers have been great and are very helpful, polite, etc. They are also very open to feedback and try to remedy any challenges very quickly. Great overall customer experience.

Both our account manager and customer service team have been very approachable and supportive. Also very professional and they do get back to you quite quickly vs what you see sometimes at other vendors. Overall a good experience for us when it comes to their support.

Support is excellent. Since almost all setup and campaign execution is done through the Account Manager - I have found them to be very fast in response and they provide a good template to ensure all campaign variables are set up correctly. Even after the campaign is completed, they are helpful in providing detailed reporting, etc.

DemandScience is responsive when it comes to providing quotes, lead volumes, and pricing. Their response to queries always falls within our SLAs allowing us to feedback to our clients in a timely manner. The quality of their lead delivery and data upload is also good when compared to other vendors.

I give DemandScience as eight due to a few reasons. First and most important was the impressive scale the content syndication programs were able to achieve no matter the global market. The opportunity for incremental opportunities throughout the quarter were no issue for DemandScience to absorb based on their massive headroom.
