- Maybe my Dialpad Talk number has been used before? I keep getting random calls.
- Sometimes the connection with ZenDesk doesn't work and I can't create tickets for my clients.

The ability to see each phone conversation transcribed (over time), and see history, allows for others to get the picture before walking into a situation. Sometimes on our old system it felt as though one person didn't know what the other person was doing. This allows you to see everything clearly.
Voicemail playback is nice, and transcription is as well. You already know what the message is about before you call back. It saves time by not having to listen to the message (for the most part; sometimes the transcription is a bit off, which can happen from time to time, par for the course however).
