It is used throughout the entire organization and allows us to ensure we are fully equipped to be able to provide excellent communication for our customers. It also allows us to use our company specific phone number and take calls on your mobile phone through the Dialpad Talk app.

Dialpad Talk has been used by my department in the agency. It was especially useful during the COVID-19 pandemic since we had to work from home and our clients were calling our personal numbers 24/7. Using Dialpad Talk has allowed us to keep our privacy and also we have been using the texting feature as a new part of our outreach and communication strategy.

  • Sometimes the connection with ZenDesk doesn't work and I can't create tickets for my clients.

I use Dialpad to contact clients daily. Scheduling appointments, confirming appointments and texting information back and forth. Sometimes I have to call a client to do satisfaction surveys. The app is very helpful so I don’t have to share my personal phone number. The call quality is always great and I’ve never experienced any problems.

We use dialpad to talk within the team and to talk with clients and customers outside of the orginization. We use the call feature, SMS and video options that are available through the platform.

I use Dialpad as a one-person direct hire recruiting company and really enjoy it. I like that I can use it as a "softphone" on my PC, but also on my mobile phone outside of the office. I enjoy the fact that I can use the Dialpad mobile app outside of the office and continue using my business phone number both for calls and text messages. I have found that using the same phone number causes less confusion than having to give both a business line and cell phone number. With regard to the customer service, they were there at the beginning [of] the trial before I made the switch and they have been there anytime I have needed them along the way (which hasn't been often). They are very quick and helpful. A couple of features I really like: Ability to "star" favorite contacts that will show up at the top of your text or calls list. I like to use this when I am actively working with a client or candidate. I also keep my "regular clients" on that list so they are always top of mind. One-click video calling is very convenient so that I can jump right into a video call. After I have a call, I get a nice voice transcription that I can refer back to in order to make sure my notes are correct. It is not always perfect, but it is extremely useful to be able to go back to a conversation to keep accurate notes. When you go to the transcription, it even organizes it for you where you can go to specific things like Action Items, Interesting Question(s), Currency (when any dollar amounts are discussed for salaries, fees, prices, etc..), Positive Sentiment, Call Purpose, and [also] dates and times. I'm really enjoying Dialpad. It has been an excellent addition to my business and the price is right as well (especially if you pay annually). I would highly recommend this to any business, small or large.

One issue we faced during the COVID-19 pandemic was the lack of available workers to meet our needs. The limited workforce caused us to think outside the box and search for staff members outside our state. Dialpad became integral in how we conducted business because we were able to find the right team members from other states that performed administrative duties remotely, specifically answering our phones.

I use Dialpad daily. Whether it's taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, or sending/receiving text messages from the software; I always have Dialpad open on my computer. My favorite aspect of the software is how it synchronizes with my orgs, Salesforce, and updates my accounts anytime I make or receive a call with any of the accounts I am working with. In addition, I use the text messaging feature all the time. I also really enjoy how I can set up my work hours so that once 5 pm rolls around, any calls or messages will receive an automatic response providing my accounts with contact information if they need immediate support.

  • When navigating to the missed calls list and clicking on caller then going back into the missed calls list I eally would like it to take me back to the place I was in the list instead of back to the beginning.

I use analytics, but my absolute favorite is the transcription and [being] able to search it. I also love the PC app and the mobile app. I love that they are exactly alike and work so well. I've used their support both on phone and chat with great results. I don't need support very much because the portal is so intuitive. The main issue Dialpad [Talk] solved for me was to give me the ability to see what everyone is saying and actually be altered to let words.

I use the Dialpad Talk to interview clients, a courtesy call to clients, and individual calls to coworkers or managers. I love the product because I don't have a work phone issue to me and I'm working from home so instead of calling them from my personal number I can call the clients by using Dialpad Talk. The Dialpad provides you with your own business number and fax number. You can download the app to your own phone or use the Dialpad dashboard to make calls or receive. The Dialpad also has a voicemail for anyone to leave a message and it also has where your voicemail can be translated to text. This is one of the best products I have come across.

Dialpad [Talk] was very easy to setup and start receiving calls. I use it for my call center. It was a little difficult determining how to transfer a number.

We use it across the whole organization, replacing a phone system that had mediocre quality and was difficult to provision when out of office or working at home. With Dialpad Talk, it's much easier to manage hours, and the call quality has improved rapport, as you're able to hear more and gather a caller's emotions.

Dialpad Talk is great for offices, and scenarios where you want to take your telecommunications to the next level. Any small business can benefit from having Dialpad Talk, as making and receiving phone calls is not only easier, it's much more enjoyable.

The ability to see each phone conversation transcribed (over time), and see history, allows for others to get the picture before walking into a situation. Sometimes on our old system it felt as though one person didn't know what the other person was doing. This allows you to see everything clearly.

Voicemail playback is nice, and transcription is as well. You already know what the message is about before you call back. It saves time by not having to listen to the message (for the most part; sometimes the transcription is a bit off, which can happen from time to time, par for the course however).

When 2020 hit us, and many employees had to work from home as businesses shut down, we faced challenges we weren't prepared for. Deploying remote computer solutions was an easy task, but our customers couldn't call their sales reps. [As a result,] many of our subscribers couldn't reach people who were now out of the office. So we went looking for a solution that would keep us more nimble for the next time something like this happened. Dialpad Talk has been everything I could have hoped for and more. It tightly integrates with our other services, and leaves us very portable and mobile for the future. If someone can't work from the office, they can log in with their home computer or cell phone, and the same phone numbers customers already know will reach them.

Dialpad Talk is a very robust unified communications system that has been easier to deploy than I ever could have imagined. Dialpad has already saved us quite a bit of money in the process. I could not recommend this solution more.
