Google drive is helping my organization to record all the files which makes it perfect for sorting. My whole organization uses it. For every section, the software is perfect to help the participants. Thus one can easily describe the customer about the products. It helps to save time for a wonderful discussion. Sometimes Large files disturb the process.
  • It helps to design the record perfectly by using diagram, flowchart.
  • Time saving to describe your product.
  • Full security of the product.
  • Collaboration features helps the software most.
  • Storage features can be enlarged.
  • Refresh option can be added by which junks or spams may be avoided.
  • Blocking features may be added
File sharing features are the most delightful option which makes it cool. Project management is another option that is perfect for this software. All records can be designed in a perfect way for the helpful features of the software. Collaboration of the files and records makes it more perfect.
Overall I really like it for the perfect use in an organization.

Google Drive, (to my knowledge) is being used by our organization. We use it in my department to share files and easily find SOP documents, schedules and other shared files we need to be able to update and access easily. We are able to see real time updates to schedules and share updates regulary and immediately. I find it fairly simplet to use with the exception of naming formats, what is easy for one person to use or remember may be very different for another. Some use department, etc. Naming is the one thing I find challenging but do appreciate the ability to use this for almost all documents we can share with anyone within the organization.
  • Real time changes in documents particulary schedules
  • Share documents with unlimited individuals or groups
  • Allows users to request access to documents
  • Automatically date stamp when changes have been made
  • Set file naming suggestions
I appreciate Google drive will suggest documents on days that I typically access them and show my recently access files first. Search is fairly simple and sharing documents is easy. I love being able to see real time updats in documents and sharing with groups, particularly schedules and product details.

Powerful compatibility with files of various extensions (audio , image excel Powerpoint , Word). Very easy to access from any device with [an] internet connection regardless of the geographical area where you are. Also main thing is collaboration, easy to share files by just giving 1 click and choosing the person we want to add either for viewing only or for editing the file. Records attendance for team members through Google Sheets. Share important documents with all over team members. Easy to share and edit any info. Create a sheet and [receive] immediate feedback from team members if any issues [are] found and track them down and send them to the appropriate team to look into.
  • File sharing both on local computers and from clients.
  • Such easy access from the top tool bar on our Mac.
  • I like the security of it.
  • Google Drive fits nicely into our Google suite of services.
  • Internet connection required.
  • Privacy precautions.
  • Uploading and downloading large files often takes longer than normal.
Google Drive is easy to use and very intuitive, it adapts very well to business and personal environments, it offers more storage capacity than other cloud-based services, it supports a large number of formats, it can be adjusted to the needs of users in terms of storage capacity, its great set of features, excellent performance and good performance made it part of our application staff and there it remained.

Google Drive is used throughout the organization, with the aim of sharing files within the reach of all employees. In the work-at-home context, Google plays an important role in the organization, as we no longer have access to the organization's network, information sharing, communications and processes are concentrated in Google Drive.
  • File sharing
  • There are currently no details to improve
Google Drive is a great tool to share an organization's files, since we don't have access to the organization's network, due to remote work, this tool comes to centralize materials, information, and communications for the sake of consensus and ease of use. access to the contents developed by the company.

Google Drive allows us to share files and folders within the organization while restricting access to anyone outside the domain. We also use it on our mobile devices with the help of the Google Drive application, where we save video and important data. Mostly all of my team uses Google Drive for both personal and professional use.
  • Easily sync all your files.
  • The free version includes 15GB of storage.
  • Ability to share files with your team.
  • Integration with other Google apps.
  • Google should give some extra GB for free users.
  • Needs high speed internet to upload files.
  • Google Drive is a little expensive for most users.
This application can be used by anyone who wants to store their files and folders with the cloud.

Google Drive is our main cloud storage platform. It is used across all our network computers as we collate and share information and store it in Google Drive. We use it on a daily basis to store different information and work on different projects that are stored and being shared on Google Drive. We can create documents and projects and store them in Google Drive to share them with colleagues or teams so we can work on the projects together in a team but virtually from anywhere.
  • Store important documents for a long period of time.
  • Share information easily by a link.
  • Uploads your files easily on the cloud storage platform.
  • The uploading time could be a bit faster.
  • They could add more free storage for free users.
If I were to work on a project and I am working in a team in another city and some members of my team are residing in another city or country, we can work on a project together by uploading it on Google Drive. We are able to work on the same project at the same time.

We have Google Drive deployed in all departments. We use this software when it comes to storing and sharing files. The software is very secure and ease of accessing and retrieving files is what makes it even better. It also integrates with other Google products effortlessly which is a plus.
  • The software is very secure
  • Google Drive is easy to use and offers great features
  • The software is scalable
  • I like that there is a free version for personal use with up to 15 GB free.
  • The free version offers limited space.
  • The user interface is not one of the best and needs some improvement.
Google Drive is ideal for many situations. First, if you need to store large business files such as documents, video, etc., Google Drive offers plenty of storage space. Also, the tool comes in handy because of ease of access from any device whether mobile or web. Also, if you need to secure your files and documents, Google Drive offers best security features. It is also scalable and easy to integrate. It is actually a tool that every business should have.

  • Used by production department as a cloud drive to keep information about projects up to date and accessible while workers are deployed on site
  • Accessible from a tablet so as workers in charge can have access to all the information they need on site visits without having to print it and without using any complicated intermediate software
  • App
  • Web
  • Easy to use
  • Reliable
  • You need a Gmail account
  • Free accounts are limited to 15 GB
  • Doesn’t allow to edit documents in app
  • No support for Apple pencil on iPad
It is well suited for small teams sharing live and constantly updated information, especially when some members of the team need to access these files while not in the office or when several people have to work simultaneously on the same file. Not intended to be used as a high-scale files drive.

We are using Google Drive for multiple purposes:
  • For management purposes, we are using it to share and collect documents from different departments on a centralized drive which is associated with directors' mail ID.
  • For students, we are using it to collect various feedbacks and documents when required. We are also sharing teaching material, notes, and model test papers using drives. For quizzes, we are using Google Forms which is again a part of Google Drive.
  • So, in short, in this pandemic time, we are using it as an office tool, as well as a learning management system.
  • First and foremost, you can use it to keep your documents online and download them when required.
  • Second, you can share the documents and can work in the collaboration with other people in a shared file, so distance is no longer a thing to consider.
  • You can collect reviews or feedback for any product or training in a very little time.
  • You can conduct quizzes online.
  • Reports are presented using spreadsheets as well as in the form of pie and bar charts.
  • UI is a bit complicated to understand for beginners who are not from a technical background.
  • Internet isa must, requires a little higher bandwidth.
  • One more problem is in public folders anyone can edit and delete the files created by other users; I think that should be controlled. A person can edit only the files created by him/ her.
Google Drive is best suited for general office work and it can be used as a learning management system for academia. It is loaded with all the tools required for both the field. Well, for some fields, some features are useless may be but I don't think it is less appropriate for any scenarios.

Our department is 100% remote and we use Google Drive to share, edit and collaborate. Everyone is able to work on projects regardless of their local time zone. This also reduces the need for us to have meetings. We also don't need to worry about losing data if someone's computer goes down.
  • Great for sharing data
  • Great for collaborating with a team
  • None that I can think of
It is definitely well suited for remote teams but even a team working in the same building would get a lot of use out of Google Drive. The information kept in Google Drive is both safe and secure. Not having to worry about lost files is extremely important in our field.

My entire company uses Google Drive and associated products for daily tasks instead of offline word processing, spreadsheets, and other needs. It's very convenient in terms of portability as we no longer need bulky attachments and emails. Everyone can access whatever required by easy collaboration and secure sharing features offered by Google.
  • Ample free space (15 GB) and ability to expand.
  • High and reliable security features you can trust.
  • Availability of features to make day-to-day tasks easy and convenient.
  • Supports various add-ons.
  • Free service.
  • Depends on internet even to activate off-line functions.
  • Quality of functionalities heavily depend on internet.
  • With frequent use you might feel that the free capacity 15 GB is not adequate.
We are a work from home company and Google Drive was simply the best collaboration tool offered freely by a well-reputed and a reliable company like Google. It's very easy to share files and access them simultaneously with a team and Google's file-sharing options make the entire process secure and hassle-free.

Our organization has used Google Drive for more than 5 years, within which a series of problems have been solved. Thanks to the collaborative environment, the dependencies and all their members can save, edit and share information in real-time, optimizing the work of these areas. Regarding my work area as NOC Support, I can say that this tool serves to share:

Staff assistance networks
Manual troubleshooting of cases
Technical specification manuals

All this information is accessible by our work team and according to the editable profile to update new processes, all this is reflected in the improvement of the failure analysis to our clients.
  • Powerful compatibility with files of various extensions (audio: wav, mp3 - video: MPEG4, AVI - image: bmp, png, jpeg) and even with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word files
  • Accessibility from any device with [an] internet connection regardless of the geographical area where you are
  • The most determining point of this platform that makes it extremely useful is collaboration. It is so easy to share files by just giving 1 click and choosing the person we want to add either for viewing only or for editing the file.
  • Advanced File Search, personally I find it uncomfortable to search for files with specific extensions within my drive in Google Drive, the interface is not very clear and the search options are limited, making this work tedious.
  • In applications like Google Sheets, the number of cells is extremely small, which limits the amount of information that can be saved, this makes the tool focus on small files.
  • Inherited permissions, it happens to me that in certain shared files when analyzing the permissions granted to the participants some of them are left with owner permissions without having given such property, that point is confusing so I would like the interface to be clearer.
Great Adaptation in:
-Storage, editing and collaboration of files to access them from any device with an internet connection, promoting teamwork.
-With the Google Forms function, it is ideal for gathering information quickly and easily, reaching our clients wherever they are.

Inappropriate:
-Store large volumes of data in Spreadsheets since they have limitations in number of cells and / or file size.

I've been using it for some time and it always helps me a lot in storing my files. A great option to download and upload very quickly. Very practical because it has easy accessibility and integrates very well with other applications. The interface is very simple to use because it has very intuitive navigation.
  • Availability
  • Easy to use
  • Storage capacity
  • Slow image loading.
  • Storage cost.
  • Crashes when loading too many thumbnails.
It is a very practical tool for everyday life. Whether for personal or professional use, it is a very valuable option for collaboration between people. It's great for those in the field that need access to files quickly or store files in the cloud. It has great availability to be able to access from any device and the integrability is also very efficient allowing you to interact with several other applications.

Google Drive is being used by everyone and in every department of our company. This is the main platform that we use to upload and share files within the company. It allows us to set and modify file sharing so that only the required people can have access to it and edit it.
  • Cloud based
  • Easy to access
  • Shareable links
  • Poor interface
  • Difficult to organise
  • Limited storage
Google Drive pretty much offers all great features even in the free version. It is a great way of cutting costs, especially when you do not require much storage space on the cloud. It is great for storing files that are frequently required by many people, as it gets updated for everyone automatically.

We are a company that provides telecommunications services, we use Google Drive to store and distribute all our internal information with the work team, such as our process manuals, technical and operation manuals, zone failures, our service indicators, installation process information and customer satisfaction among many more. We use it in all our departments, it allows us to access the information immediately from desktop or mobile computers regardless of where we are in the case of our field technicians.
  • Its ease of use and implementation.
  • Its high storage capacity.
  • It is easy to share files and supports different file formats.
  • Its integration with GSuite.

It is used by whole organization and i personally use it on daily basis. It is one of the most simple store which is capable to distribute with colleagues or seniors or any other person whom we desire to. Provide access and security of the application is really easy. I think there would be hardly any organization which is not using this product
  • One of the best product in its segment
  • Able to share large files in same size
  • Backup tool is also great
  • It is not compatible with competitive vendors
  • Sometime it take long time to open up due to size
  • Need to buy extra space
It is one of the best office tool. Share with someone and work never stops. You don't have to take tension of losing data in any situation. Also it is accessible form anywhere but with limitation that is does not support the yahoo or another vendor. Share file with clients before meeting

Google Drive is being used at our organization by every individual for sharing of work files among us as well as with customers through a link. This helps to keep files accessible on the go by all in shared folders. The collaboration tools are very helpful to make more use of it.

  • Accessible on mobile, desktop, and web

In my organization, Google Drive is used to store, distribute, and collaborate on all files with financial supporters, colleagues, and even customers we've built a front-end and simple board interface that allows us to locate every archive or document in under a second. It permits you to let loose space on your hard drive or other stockpiling gadgets.
  • That's the first cloud storage service that's both good and free. using more and more data in one place is, in my view, a good strategy.
  • Google Drive is one of my favorite tools and I use it frequently to store files, official documents, data, images, PDFs, and even short videos relevant to my office work.
  • You don't have to be concerned with hacking because this security is so secured.
  • [An] excellent option for searching.
  • Configuration and login are simple.
  • While using the drive, we need to be connected to the internet.
  • I realized that my data on Google Drive was uploading slowly at times.
  • For non-technical professionals, the user interface is a little difficult to understand.
Google Drive allows sharing all types of information with anyone with convenience. It's also better because the material can be easily integrated into the email. The protection is also excellent since you can monitor who views the information and what steps they are allowed to take. It also has a strong choice for data organization. Google Drive is ideal for exchanging huge files between members of a team collaborating on a project. It's still very dependable.

Our company uses Google Drive for file-sharing big files because for the small-sized files, we just share it on our team collaboration apps (RocketChat / Slack). We use Google Drive to share a file with our client too or upload a presentation online for our meeting purpose. Google Drive is the solution for our big-sized file sharing because it server upload is reliable, and doesnt have any technical issue (until now from our usage).
  • Server Reliability
  • Server Availability
  • Sharing-access management
  • Sharing access doesn't repeat on folders
  • Pricing too expensive
  • Native PC Apps to sync not efficient because takes too much bandwidth
Google Drive is good when you need file-sharing platform with strict access management. Google Drive is good for large-sized files too. When you upload the file you won't worry about failed to upload / server is down. When accessing the file, you won't worry about [if] the file is corrupt/down too. Drive is supported by Google docs/spreadsheet/slide too, so when you need to present your presentation file it can be viewed online without any third-party apps.

Google Drive is used across the organization as a supplemental resource to the internal system. It allows different departments to view and edit common documents in real time and access them remotely.
  • Google Drive tracks changes in real time so documents can be quickly updated and shared.
  • Finding individual documents can be cumbersome, since all users are tied to the names originally given to files and the search function does not extend to the contents of each document.
Google Drive is well-suited to situations where users need to pass off documents to one another concurrently, but not when multiple users need to access the document and make changes at the same time.

This app is used just by our department. We use this app to share various files with our employees. With the help of this app, we solve the problem of the need of a platform with which one can easily share anything one wants. With the help of just a single link, employees can share the same file with hundreds of employees, which makes task sharing very easy.
  • This app stores huge amounts of data with no problems
  • This app lets you share your files with as many people as you want with help of links
  • This app also contains a very good PDF reader, which is very useful
  • With Google Drive, one can only store 15 GB of data for free. Many other services allow much more data to be stored.
  • Google Drive's interface is a bit complicated to use for beginners. There's a good scope for simplification of the same.
  • The prices for more storage are much higher than many other cloud services, so the prices can be made cheaper.
In scenarios where not much storage is needed but a feature for the sharing of files with a large number of people is essential, Google Drive proves to be a great option to use. For example, if one wants to share some documents with a huge amount of employees in the company, one can use Google Drive without any problems.

Google Drive is used by our organisation as a collaborative space. We collaborate in real-time in editing shared documents, such as Google docs or spreadsheets in Google Drive. Aside from that we also use it as shared storage for documents in other formats such as pdf, word or images.
  • Collaborative platform
  • Storage point for shared documents such as pdfs
  • Access to other Google apps such as Google docs from within Google Drive
  • Smooth link with gmail
  • Offline Use- Google Drive's user experience would be much better if it was possible to have offline access to some of the functionalities.
  • Range of editable items- It is not possible to edit some types of documents, such powerpoint in Google Drive. Adding such functionalities would make it serve our organisation better.
  • Size. It would be great if the allowable space allowed per user on Google Drive was unlimited as opposed to the current 15 GB.
A scenario in which you have multiple teams of people that remotely collaborating on a document such as a magazine. You, as the owner of account whose Google Drive you are using can create folders in the drive and set permissions for who has access to which folders. This access control can extend all the way to individual documents in such as Google docs. This allows for smooth and organised remote collaboration.

Google Drive is used (a) as a repository for materials used in scores of Google Classroom classes, (b) as a personal repository for files used by workers, (c) as repositories for students in the organization. The main problems it addresses are cross-platform accessibility, familiarity for users, and flexibility in storage costs, which tend to rise throughout the academic year and fall dramatically once per year.
  • Uptime is good.
