We have several delivery trucks and with JumpTrack we are able to let the customer now about how far out their order is or who signed for it. With the Geocode we have been able to show where the order was delivered to along with who signed for the order. Being able to see where the driver is at has also helped with customers who have hard to find locations.

Customer wanting to know where their order is and how soon they will have it, being able to pull up in JumpTrack the route and give them an estimated time that the driver should be there has happened more then once and customers have always been happy to know the driver is close and sometimes pulling in right now.

Everyday when I train someone new I am excited to show them how JumpTrack works! New people often as how do we keep track of our deliveries to insure they are being delivered. JumpTrack! Its so user friendly easy to learn easy to teach. I enjoy going through the motions how to we gain information on our deliveries without reaching out to the drivers directly.

We use JumpTrack to check proof of deliveries. It comes in handy for a quick look at our packages being delivered by our lovely drivers. I use it often about 5-10 times daily. I'm so glad its a tool we are able to use it very user friendly and gives all the information needed to confirm deliveries

We use JumpTrack to manage all of our manifests for deliveries on a daily basis. We use the multiple aspects of JumpTrack in order to be as efficient as possible. The drivers like it because it has maps to each location and we like it because it provides us data for each route.
  • Provides historical data for staff to ensure customer receives proper service
  • Allows the drivers to sort their route and essentially have a map to each location
  • Its connection with DDMS has become much more stable and easier to use once we moved to DDMSPLUS
  • Allow for customers(us) the option to download a years worth of data to then store if for audit purposes
  • Continue to work on accuracy of the trips functionality
  • Simplify the adding of manifests manually
JumpTrack works well for us and I would recommend it for dealers who want something simple to use and track their deliveries. I have asked a couple folks who dont use it, why. Their responses were we feel like to cost doesnt provide the value it should. They said they dont have much trouble with deliveries and if someone was to call and complain about a missing box or something, it would be cheaper for them to just provide a credit versus pay for the JumpTrack service.

Digital Proof of Delivery, Tracking Drivers and Routes, Digital Signature. Route optimization.

As a small business, we utilize JumpTrack to improve the visual our customer sees. Utilizing Digital Signature and Digital Proof of Delivery makes us look like a larger company than we are. On the backside/administration side, we work with the route optimization and occasionally use the system to track drivers or find out where they are so we can get a better estimate of completion or customer delivery time. We have been using this system for roughly 9 months and have not rolled out all the features to our customers. I do expect to implement the customer view on my website later this year.
  • Digital Proof of Delivery - makes it easier to send to a customer when requested.
  • Route optimization - once setup, this allows my drivers to utilize google maps to find new or seldom seen customers and to switch routes with ease.
  • Route optimization is not always available or working.
  • Customer addresses are not always found in google maps.
  • Does not have the ability to reopen a signed invoice.
  • Does not have the ability to "redeliver" if items are missing.
  • Route optimization often needs (every day) human input to make it right.
  • Route tracking does not update often enough to show accurate driving route. Will show straight line from one point to another if it misses some time between gps points.
JumpTrack makes us look like a well-funded and growing company. But it has a lot of glitches that don't make it plug-and-play. It requires more labor on the front side in an attempt to save labor on the backside.
I hope there will continue to be improvements made as we look to utilize the functions further.

We have been using JumpTrack for almost 9 years now and I am very pleased with it. JumpTrack is used on all of our delivery routes at all of our locations. It helps locate orders in transit in real time and provides signatures and PODs (proof of delivery) when needed. This has eliminated the time and space it takes filing signed invoices and the time it would take to locate a POD. Our drivers also use the GPS and capture pictures when deliveries are made.

  • The GPS can provide directions to the next stop without having to enter addresses

In our business, delivering office supplies, JumpTrack works great. Besides keeping up with technology and what that means to our customers, using JumpTrack helps keep cost down with less paperwork and with JumpTrack having having several features, like the capabilities of transferring or adding stops, GPS, PODs, capturing pictures, and the time it saves in many different areas, including running different reports with just a few clicks.

JumpTrack is very handy. Our company uses it for Supply's and Furniture. It is a great tool to look at to make sure the customer has received items or that actually haven't recieved their items. JumpTrack has only been down once in the past two years that I have been using it.

When a customer says they haven't recieved any product and can look and make sure there is a signature there and or if the driver hasn't got a signature. I had a customer call and said they haven't recieved their items I was able to see they were telling the truth and able to give them a credit.

I love the fact you can see real-time deliveries and status. Helps sales confirm en route deliveries and completed deliveries. It helps with the time of actual delivery or pick-ups and pictures captured as well upon completion. It is easy to use for credit pick-ups as well as route deliveries. I think it is easier for drivers as well to prove they made the deliveries in a timely manner.

Routing of deliveries for multiple drivers allows more efficient operation. Easily transfer from one driver to another for load management. Using routing optimization, the driver uses the technology to arrange deliveries in the most efficient manner. We were one of the first users when introduced.

JumpTrack allows our customers to see a POD that includes a signature, name, photo, and geocode for the drop-off location. It is a great tool for management and associates to review the driver's location, route order, and planned trip. Our drivers love the tool because they can see what their day looks like, and appreciate the great functionality and ease of use of the app.

We use JumpTrack to provide our customers with delivery confirmation and to manage our driver's delivery routes. It is a very useful tool to show the customer who signed for something and when it was delivered in case there is an issue. It also allows us to optimize the driver's routes to find the most efficient delivery routes.

I use it to track order status, provide proof of delivery and track drivers. We sometimes get calls that orders were not received and having a signature is very helpful for finding lost orders. Having the package count feature is also really helpful. Maybe driver forgets to leave a package. We have a package count. We also use the photo feature if no one is available to sign for a delivery, the driver can leave it and take a photo so we can show customer exactly where it was left.

JumpTrack allows us to do proof of delivery as well as having a digital copy of our delivery schedule for the day. This product can also do route optimization for a added charge. It is nice to see where your drivers are at in their route in case of a customer calling to see where their delivery is at.

Product works very well for delivery and proof of delivery for drivers and customers. It has made a change for drivers that has been well accepted in not having to worry about paper getting lost in their vehicles. It probably would not be great on routes that have 1 or 2 stops, but when you have 10+ it is great.

We use JumpTrack for our daily deliveries of mostly office supplies and some furniture. We use it to track and pace our drivers. We use it for signature confirmation for our customers and occasionally photographs of deliveries when necessary. It allows us to quickly route out our drivers each morning and make sure they have a proper package, paper and water counts each day. It also allows us to forecast when a driver will be at a customer's door without even calling the driver.

  • Transferring deliveries from DDMS Plus to JumpTrack doesn't allow for any mistakes. You can only transfer once and if you select the wrong transfer location its all over.
  • I believe adding stops for non customers is difficult. We found a work around but our drivers pickup from our printers, non profits we donate to etc.
  • We often have trouble with JumpTrack not being able to reach the server. It's very frustrating on a busy morning when we can't save package counts etc.
If you are an ECI/DDMS customer and you aren't using this system, I am shocked. It gets our drivers out on the road anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour faster. Except for human error, the system makes everything more effective and efficient for our warehouse team. It allows us to route our drivers and know how many stops they will have before we head home each evening. Our drivers appreciate the heads-up on what to expect the next day. I think the one thing that is a challenge since Covid is many people don't like to sign or touch anyone else's phone. I do wish the signature could be bypassed so that the driver could just type the name in.

If you are using ECI's other logistics and product management products, JumpTrack is the delivery confimation and rout-planning software for you. Literally, it is the only one. For all that though, it is good at what it does. it will take the manifest and order it in a geographic route that makes sense. Most useful to us, though is the ability of the handhelds to digitally capture a signature of the receiving party and store it so it can be looked at by customer or order number. That's a godsend when some of our customers are not very organized and might otherwise blame us when they lose product. Also, i like that we don't have to use always connected phones for the delivery handhelds. we use Wi-Fi-only devices, and that saves us a ton on our mobile phone plan. we just upload everything at the warehouse and pull everything back when the drivers return. It works very well.

We use JumpTrack mainly as a way to manage our client deliveries. We capture delivery signatures. Proof of delivery is paramount and JumpTrack is great way to provide that info to our clients. We are an full service IT provider. We deliver client orders five days a week and JumpTrack allows us to accomplish this with ease. We have a two user license, one for our delivery driver with the JumpTrack app setup on his android smart phone and the second one for our receptionist with the app set up on an android tablet so she may capture signatures for our clients who come to the office to pick up their orders.

JumpTrack is an essential piece of software for our business. It has all of the required functions we need. We do not utilize all of the functions that JumpTrack has so there is room for us to grow with the software. Prior to buying JumpTrack we were recording out deliveries manually on paper and filing them. It makes our delivery process much smoother.

We like JumpTrack because it give us real time delivery data and signatures, I am able to track my drivers where they are and see what deliveries were missed or completed. They are not doing much to update it, but it still works well.

It is a really good tracking and i like the fact they can integrate the signature data into our DDMS system. I love this software! So easy to see delivery times, a proof of delivery along with a picture! Comes in handy when a customer claims they didn't receive their order.
