We are now able to give our superintendents in the field their own VOIP phone to carry with them from jobsite to jobsite leaving us able to easily contact and transfer calls directly to that jobsite.

When we started business in South America, and Barcelona, the NEXTIVA team was there for us. We had to carry-on a meeting at one point and the results were there without interruptions or glitches. The NEXTIVA team was there to guide us all the way prior and after our global meeting.

Larger companies would need a really strategic plan and very descriptive call flow worked out of what they would need before beginning any sort of talks with a company like this. In my opinion. We had very few needs and it took us so many back and forth conversations and changes and spreadhseets, it was months before we could get it right and we have less than 10 employees in our office and very few days we are closed during the year due to the nature of our business.

Nextiva Business Phone Service is a perfect product for a small business. It's reasonably priced and you don't pay more until your company grows. In addition, there is no hardware required. Part of our remote team uses their laptop to receive and make calls, other team members use their mobile phone. I can't think of a feature that our business would need that Nextiva Business Phone Service doesn't already provide.

Having a recorded line and us being able to have an app and ability to download and save all recorded calls. The app is really easy to use

We don't like with the recorded line it has the recording but then it has some recording from Nextiva Business Phone Service you cant delete!

I would highly recommend Nextiva Business Phone Service for any company looking for flexibility and ease of management of their voice lines. FAX is also covered, but in a separate app. Ideally, I would like to see those integrated, but it's not a big deal.

When something simply works well, it is hard to specify what works with the service. But I will say that customer support if fabulous. I've only had two or 3 issues over the years, in each case relating to odd configuration settings that neither I nor they could figure out how the configuration got changed. But in each case, knowledgeable support staff found the problem and resolved it!

Nextiva Business Phone Service is well suited to users who need to set up an automated phone menu. The system allows for quick and easy setup of a business phone menu and voicemail system. Voicemails are sent directly to the user's email address and are easily downloadable.

Any company that has multiple offices either within the same building or geopraphical region. If your company wants an automated solution to call handling to replace either a receptionist or a professional call answering center, this would be a good solution. Also, if like us, you wish to outsource the phone server infrastructure, this is a good solution.

I called Nextiva needing some changes made to our account. The changes were not easy and I would never had been able to figure out how to make them myself on the web portal. The customer service person handled all of my needs fast and efficiently. What I thought was going to be difficult he made easy!

You get a lot of features for the price, including auto attendants, call forwarding, voicemail transcription, video conferencing, and integrations with CRM software. These features can improve communication efficiency and customer service. Nextiva's plans can grow with your business, so you don't have to worry about outgrowing your phone system

We have a program that needs all 4 of their phones to ring at once, but have call-out functionality separate. Does groups well.
A couple programs love the voicemail to text in email option.

Have not had luck with the texting app on smartphones ..... too many hoops to jump through since the law changed about business texting.

We use the app pretty much every day to connect to our office and report what work we do each site. We also are able to receive text messages from customers sent to our business number rather than need to give them our personal cell phone numbers. That way we can keep some privacy.

We have had to go into the system on different occasions and change the call settings. When calling in to customer service with questions they are always polite and eager to help. Using the fax feature is a great and easy tool to use. The fax feature is very user friendly.

I started with another phone company starting with the letter O. I spent at least 20 hours trying to get their phone service to work properly. They issued me a number that wasn't properly assigned to them. After a month or two I gave up and found Nextiva. Nextiva got everything correct the first time and were upfront with all pricing.

I make a lot of outbound calls, therefore it’s nice to be able to track those calls. When we eventually expand to more clients and get more employees we’ll be able to see more of whose doing what. Which will be a great way to track metrics. So far no issues.

We are a smaller company with less than 10 employees but this service works well for us and gives us the ability to communicate with each other with out having to call someone or email them. The IM feature is well used by our company and also the video conferencing works perfectly. As good as zoom or any other one we have used.

I had a phone down and needed to reset and the staff was really kind working to get it fixed.I believe this phone system is perfect for a growing business. I believe it might not be the greatest for smaller business but definitely business looking to scale there employee base and have enough phone lines to keep up with growth of a business.

Nextiva is so easy to use. We don't need to watch any tutorial. It;s like you're using your dial pad on the phone. That's how it's easy to use. Maybe just need to make the transcription of voice message more accurate. It's really hard to look for a convenient and easy to use VOIP here in the Philippines. Big thanks to Nextiva.

We have had great service with Nextiva Business Phone Service and it is reliable and reasonably priced for the offered features. User Friendly and minimal issues. We are able to control most of the set up for new users and or new phones when needed. Only would like to see the app - Nextiva One be enhanced with more features than it currently has.

because it is a cloud-based system, you can deploy it in multiple buildings, locations, and states, and users can make calls internally with 4-digit extensions in addition to managing them from one spot.
You can connect phone devices on different LAN/VLAN without any issue
