Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

It's great for companies with the culture of chat and instant messaging.

Older colleagues seem to resist and prefer to engage in email... as they are used to that form...

Slack is suitable if your team is in diffrenet locations and you'd like to get updated and coordinate with the team, in a very seamless experience. You can have quict huddle and pin messages to be set as weekly target of tasks ext.

It is well suited for both large or small groups of projects where we can connect with our team easily, pin the multiple messages, add reaction to comments and reply to the thread. These all scenarios are well suited to use Slack. We can do audio calls without any distortion and also see the active status and availability of the teammates.

Slack really shines when there is a urgent matter that neesd to be addressed. Every one can take part in the discussion and provide live feedback and info on what is happening and what they are doing. It works great when things need to be done fast. On the other hand, Slack can become a bit of a burden when you need to focus on a task and colleges are having an agitated discussion about pineapple pizzas.

When you want to ask a question or comment to someone at work but you want it to be immediate without having to send an email but you don't want it to be so inappropriate to send it by whatsapp, Slack is the option. But when you talk with a client and you want to have evidence I think is better an email

Slack is great to talk and share info with work colleags, optimizing process with the integrations

For example, we connect slack with our inbound leads source, this way, when someone fulfil our form to get to know us, all the info about the person shows up at our inbound group, making easy for us to work with these leads

If you are in several WhatsApp groups, your email is clogged with questions and your calendar is full of FUP meetings, your organization needs Slack. Slack brings priority and order to the communication process and creates a culture of speed and commitment between decentralized teams.

Slack maybe not be so suitable if you have a small local team in a consolidated business.

Slack is a great tool to use for immediate communication without having to draft a formal email communique. It's also less formal in nature, so using things like GIFs and emojis is accepted and even encouraged. This can help break the tension in difficult situations or be helpful when describing a situation. It also generally brings joy to others, however it can be seen as a little bit of a nuisance if overused.

Sharing collaborative documents and using the Workflow Builder and Slackbot can cut down on manual repetitive tasks. We are just breaking into this, but we can see a world where all communication is done through Slack and integrations.

The Good:
Slack is an amazing business communication app. It allows public and private channels, effortless file sharing, and an integrations with Google Drive and other applications used in business organizations. It’s an easy to use application which works on all upgraded desktops & mobiles as well.

The Bad:
There plans are very expensive. Free version do exist, but has some particularly limited features. They have to do some upgrade in their Video and Audio Call as well for the betterment of quality and firm state.

Slack is great for companies where employees work on computers throughout the day. It allows for quick communication instead of having to schedule a meeting for a quick question. It may not be appropriate if employees do not work on computers.

Slack facilitates teamwork with messaging, audio, and video chat. It simplifies intra-company communication and information exchange, boosting team productivity. Slack's connectivity options are better than Google Meet's; guests can join some channels without being invited. But it has bugs and incompatibilities with some devices, and the interface is confusing. One such issue is that when I share my screen in Huddle, my coworkers' notes are invisible to me because of a glitch in the program's "draw" function.

Well suited scenarios:
It is super easy to jump on a call with another member of my team and chat with them. You can share your screen and even draw on the screen of the person who is sharing. It makes it really easy to help direct a team member, or just have a bit of fun.

Less appropriate scenarios:
I probably wouldn't try a team video call on it. I'm not sure how well it would work for a video call with a ton of people on it.

larger firms it is very ideal and well suited. but cannot say the same for small business units.
Makes calls, communication, file transfer easier.
sometimes face file size restrictions while sharing files.
slack is suited for all users as it has a very easy and convenient interface and all users can learn to use them immediatly without any prior training.

Well suited
1. Internal team communication for a team size of less than 500 but more than 20 people.
2. Multiple work streams and teams.

It is less appropriate when:
1. Setting up private customer channels for support.
2. Using a slower computer, slack hangs sometimes.

Slack is all a developer needs for communication among colleagues and clients. If you are working with different slack provides a feature to add multiple workspaces in one applications unlike ms teams. With wide range of integration tools, it helps developers to be in touch with the applications which are being used in the project.

We have a global and multicultural team at Theramart, so for us the app works really well, helping in communication, I can also improve engagement with other apps inside of slack, and there's a lot of integration possibilities with makes our work easier. I think anyone who has a team will benefit from Slack!
