Great product and service
We use SPS Commerce Fulfillment to automate the order input process for our largest e-commerce customers where order volumes can really spike during our peak seasons. This allows us to process more orders without hiring new seasonal employees and eliminate any order input errors that can happen with manual order entry.

- Send/Receive order status updates to retailers
- Ability to take an out of the box product and tailor it to your needs
- Better 'user manuals' to provide for new trading partner implementations so steps/procedures can be easily passed along to colleagues and other users
- Better communication from project managers as far as expectations and guidelines
- Eliminated order entry errors
- Increased number of orders we are able to process per day
SPS' product seemed to be the best out of the box fit and price point with the ability to customize when and where needed.

More business - Less stress - Life is Good
SPS Commerce Fulfillment is being used by our customer service dept and our accounting dept. It allows the customer service reps to pull order information from one place, which is very convenient from the user, and it allows our accounting team to invoice easily versus sending out invoices with the hopes of getting an answer.
- Accurate information on orders that arrive
- User-friendly to invoice the customer
- It alerts me as to when I have an order available, which is very convenient
- We have quite a few people here who use this portal, and we have it set up to receive an email when an order is available to print. As of now, you can only add a few recipients to receive those emails; it limits you.
- Invoicing is challenging at times as you have to remember to go in and invoice. If you forgot, it is hard to find the order to invoice, as it seems to disappear.
- We still haven't figured out how to have some of the invoicing features auto-populate, so there isn't so much to fill out. I wish some of those features were easier to use, or find if you have them.
- As of right now, we don't have that many orders going through SPS Commerce Fulfillment so I couldn't give you an accurate number.
- We are ramping up more business in the hopes that more customers will use this option.
SPS Commerce Fulfillment, to me, is the most user-friendly of them all and it always works, I've never had a problem with it. It alerts me to new orders, which I love this feature. Many of our customers were considering SPS Commerce Fulfillment and were growing, so I think they are leaning towards this option versus others.

We are currently using SPS Commerce as a supplier.
We receive all of our Compliance orders through Webforms. As well as create and send our response documents back to the vendor.

- User Friendly GUI!! Makes it much easier for less tech savvy team members to carry out processes!

SPS Commerce Fulfillment helps us Strut our Stuff!
We use SPS Commerce Fulfillment as our main source of EDI for receiving orders, tracking inventories and processing invoices. It is convenient and extremely user friendly. It provides an alternate option to hours and hours of manual typing, labor and possible errors in entry. It helps a growing business to be professional and efficient with their time as well as their information. It is used across our entire company with its many available functions and services.

- I wish they had an online chat option in a timely manner for quick help rather than email and phone calls.
- Bigger options for customers who appear to be "outgrowing" SPS
- Positive - We have been able to keep up with demands set by our customers by using SPS which builds trust between us and them.
- Positive - We are able to avoid charge-backs with more automation available to us with SPS to keep up with requirements and time frames.
We reviewed many, SPS Commerce Fulfillment was the best "bang for our buck" with the level of growth we have been experiencing. The list of services they offered were exactly what we needed to be able to move our business to that next level of professionalism where we were growing faster than we could prepare ourselves for.
