The pricing is a bit high for using Talkdesk, but I do believe our overall ROI (because of the ease of use) is enough for me to say it's worth it.

Price - lower the price, we are all cheap and trying to get ahead. … The price is on the higher side, however, the quality and customer support fill that nicely and you don't even think of the price when your business is sailing in their winds.

What it's not as good for, mainly because of contract length and price, is smaller companies that need to save money and be flexible.
