A "trusted" resource for Software research
- I like that the vetting process for reviewers is more rigorous than other platforms
- The presentation of their reviews is well designed and easy to scan
- Video reviews are offered
- On individual product review pages making the sections more obvious - the header size is almost the same size as the body copy, so everything blends together. Add additional colors to highlight sections as well.
- Improve the video review process. The automated process was hard to work with.
- Great selection of competing products.
- Honest reviews of real users, that we can really trust.
- The website has great UX, with easy navigation and great search functionality.
- Would need a category for WordPress related software.
- Needs more open source software reviews.
