Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Engagement (formerly Exponea)

We use it for email marketing. We tried using some of its other features but it is not quite as powerful and integrations aren't the best.

It does about the same as all the others. We really only use it for emails.
It is pretty easy to use and learn.
They are pretty useful; however, we have had a lot of issues with getting responses, and when we do it is usually an Exponea doc to read. Not very helpful with complex questions unless you want to pay a lot for their consulting hours.
It took us about two months to be fully up and running.
