Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)

We are able to access the system and make changes seamlessly. We constantly need to make changes and 8x8 does the trick. The user portal is very helpful when making changes to numbers and call forwarding options. Tracking is another feature we use quite a bit to track trends in calling habits.

Much superior product in all aspects of the features. My predecessor has set up the relationship with 8X8 and it was new to me as I was used to one of the competitors. Once I started using the 8X8 and was trained, which was very easy. on the system, I found it much more user friendly and versatile.

The ease to make changes to the system seamlessly. We just had a change over of personnel and we needed to add someone as an administrator. All it took was one call to our representative and he was able to get the person set up and have the ability to make any changes right then and there.
