Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign is the software we use for all of our email campaigns. The fortune is in the follow-up and that is exactly what ActiveCampaign does for us. The automation is simple and easy to understand and the emails sent are beautiful. I have two companies that use ActiveCampaign. One is a product-based ecommerce business and we use it to follow up on our sales funnels. The other is an information product.
- The automation is great.
- The email templates are beautiful.
- I don't end up in spam folders.
- My contact list is growing by leaps and bounds.
- It can be a bit difficult to understand but once you figure it out it is great.
- It is a bit difficult to find out if a client has opened an email.
- It has improved my sales because seriously the fortune is in the follow up.
- It has helped me nurture my clients and take care of them.
I still use Feedbackwhiz because it integrates with Amazon which ActiveCampaign does not. I have also used Mailchimp but ActiveCampaign is by far more superior.
