Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use ActiveCampaign to manage our email for Women's Entrepreneur Network. We request an email address when people join the group in order to keep them in touch with the activities and events that are happening in the group. We have found the automation easy to use, fast, and quick to implement. We have recommended the use of Active Campaign to other users.
Pros

Cons
- I wish that there were an easier integration for landing pages.
- I would love to be able to integrate a simple option for opt-ins.
- It would be great if we could use the automations to set up calendar events and accept payments.
- ActiveCampaign has functioned exactly as desired in my business.
- ActiveCampaign is extremely budget-friendly and I have been able to recommend it to other small business owners.
I like ActiveCampaign for the ease of use, and price performance. It does allow me to manage multiple lists, tags, and segment tags. The only real down side of using it is that I can't use landing pages and other, more complex funnel components directly within the software.
